Femail rappers, Miryo and Giantpink, who are in the center of the news, gathered together as a duo. A comparision like that is not necessarily to be understood they way you did. A poet being compared to Vergil in the feuilleton of a journal for example is usually no sign of vilification but one of recognition. The kind of comment you refered to seems to generally be of the appreciating type. Such comparisions seem to be rather typical for various artistic fields were a certain style, concept or some such may be recognised. Such comparisions can naturally be made ignoring nationality, political orientation, gender or the like and usually compare style and finer aspects of any given art. I would say that many of the adversaries around us are the ones we choose to see.
Hm. You should realise, other people have different opinions. I dont think they are awesome good rappers. I think they can rap, but not awesomely good.
