I don't understand why all the elders say the younger generations are stubborn and not listening to music from the past while they are very reluctant to listening to the current stuff
I like how so many people think younger generations don’t listen to older music. A bunch of kids in my english class are into 60’s music. I have a close friend who has been an avid Beatles fan since 5th grade until now (18 years old). We’re actually really open minded to all sorts of music genres and here are these older gens being stubborn music elitists.
Music taste is subjective, not objective. People who complain about pop music being too simple, you should only listen to jazz because you’re objectively saying that simple repetitive chord structures are bad
