looks like they maybe used someone else for final animation, looks really nice, but the audio is all over the place maybe slip up or miscommunication in post?
I appreciate the attention to detail in this short, how the shade of red in the blood stays consistent to both cartoon’s art styles (HTF blood is a vibrant red while DWTD blood has a duller pinkish tone to it, you can see the difference at 1:38).

it seems that htf is already giving small signs of coming back to life, it's great that this violent but iconic and fun series is coming back little by little, the chapter is somewhat short but every minute was worth it, it was also a great surprise to see the htf characters next to those of dumb ways to die, we rarely see things like this in the show, the crossover itself is very well done since both franchises share quite a few characteristics and both marked the childhood of many (including me), the animation improved considerably, the essence of the show also feels quite intact, without a doubt an episode that I liked a lot and that gives certain hope that htf will come back little by little, great episode and even better crossover 🤗💖
New Happy Tree Friends in 2024 was not on my bingo card but this was such a welcome surprise. Hope this means we can see the return of this chaos like it's 2010 all over again
