I have had one fall right in front of me while running strike playlist. By the time I took my bow out of vault using DIM it despawned. After that I equipped the bow and just kept rerunning the strike took 5 tries for it to spawn and fall onto the elevator platform. I finally got that one. The other times it bounced off before I can shoot it or doesn’t spawn.

do you know if they fixed the bug where you have to do it all on one class? i just realized in horror that i popped three on hunter, and went to find them on warlock and they arent there

Number 26 (The Corrupted Strike - Elevator Egg) This Egg is currently bugged. As soon as the elevator starts going down aim to the round windows right in front of the elevator. The Egg will spawn mid air and it will start falling down and bouncing on the elevator. Since this is a little bit bugged, the egg can sometimes clip through the elevator and you therefore will never see it again. If this happens, just replay the strike again (you have many chances to try and get the egg again so don't worry) I was almost giving up on doing the 40 eggs because i was missing 1 egg from the checklist i made on a word.exe sheet and i just didnt know which egg it was until i started reading some comments on bugged eggs. Quick Tip before you start egg hunting: Check how many eggs you already have and keep that number in mind so if you don't see the eggs, you can already start assuming that it was already done by you. And write down which off them were already done, so it's easier to back track potential bugged eggs in the future.
Me questioning how people find these eggs when some require you to super mario on top of structures and ninja slice through the air with a sword to land on a small rock shrouded in darkness.
It’s like they’re psychic or something. I’m sure people trade notes, but that only goes so far. I think someone at bungie drops some hints or something because no one has that much time to wander around looking for eggs. Lol.
FYI Egg #26 on the elevator won't be on the platform there, it falls from a window at the first pause when the first wave has been defeated. Good luck hitting it as it falls!
16:05 there's a platform opposite to the entrance to the egg 1000% easier to go. On Titan I could not do it as you did so I found how it should really be done, much easier.
So can we use the Wall to skip to the encounters to get the eggs? I've never done the raid and I'm seriously intimidated by it, though I'd like to try. Hard to do with a 5 month old baby...
@@MamaBearBrock yes you can just use the wish wall to get to each encounter. Just need to reset the egg wish every time you go in I believe. Someone correct me if I’m wrong. I have a little one myself, so I get it. Good luck!

no unfortunately you cant teleport using wishes. you need wish 14 to spawn the eggs. if you then use another wish to teleport, it replaces wish 14 and they wont be there. tested myself.

The weird things is if you go to do the ascendant challenge, Toland says something about a "Shape". he said it as an entity or a person that it does not need followers or the hive.
I was having trouble in the Corrupted Strike with the falling egg as well on the elevator until I decided to go to the edge of platform on the window side when I first got on the elevator. That allows you to look down as the elevator descends and shoot the egg sitting on the window sill before it falls. This is much easier than trying to shoot it out of the air as it falls or hope it doesn't roll off the edge. Obviously easier if you have to fireteams members killing the enemies spewing behind you. I just turned and tossed a grenade when they spawned and then looked off the side to shoot the egg while the elevator went down. Good luck all!
How was I supposed to be able to guess where exactly to aim in the Harbinger’s ascendant challenge? Surely there is a more efficient method of hitting the egg without flying blind across a chasm of infinite darkness with no general sense of direction and no visual indication of the rocks location.
Took me a good 20-25 minutes of finding the two mountains. What sucks is the exit and beginning of the challenge are randomized so they won't be in the same place every time you go back in. I found the first egg simply by being up top of the building and looking for that very faint light but even then you can confuse it with a statue. My advice is to just really explore while you're in there with the sword. I killed all the enemies in the foyer that way I wasn't disturbed. Takes a lot of looking but I found the two.
For those looking for the Raid Eggs, but don't have a fireteam who can commit the time, you can use the "Skip to Checkpoint" Wishes to get them, just enter the Egg code, then checkpoint code you need!

I totally found a portal system that will take you to Harbingers Seclude from the Spines of Keres. At the first egg he shoots in the Spines, if you keep following the road across the bridge, there will be a cave in front of you. Warlocks can practically get there np, but if you can’t, there is a series of rock formations on your right that you can jump across to get there. Once in the cave, you’ll see a portal. Go through the portal and run to the middle of the next room. Hang a left towards the big blue crystals and keep going past them until the room with four sets of stairs (including the one you just came down.) You’ll see a room with a tree, a room that is purpleish and a room with a statue. Go in the one with the statue, and run all the way down the corridor. Once you’re at the second statue, there is another portal on your left in the hallway there. (This room should actually tell you that you’re in the Harbinger’s Seclude.) Go through the portal. You’ll see a nice open space with grass and another statue, don’t go that way. There is a path on the left (or the right, if you did go that way) of the portal that will take you to a kind of cathedral looking spot. Stand in the middle of the platform, and go down the hall with the blue “egg” in the center. (Before you do that though, while you’re standing in the middle, find the room with the skull in it. There’s two of them, Muninn on the left and Huginn on the right. Currently, both are ignoring me and I can’t remember who gives you a Tincture of Queensfoil, the stuff you need to become Ascendant.) Back to your regularly scheduled program. Down the hall with the blue/black egg console, run up to it and interact with it. You’ll go up an elevator and be in the Harbinger’s Seclude where you can continue watching the video as normal. I don’t know if there are any more portals, but I thought that was kind of cool.
PSA: REMEMBER WHAT I SAID ABOUT DONT GO IN THE ROOM AT THE SECOND PORTAL WITH THE GREEN GRASS AND THE STATUE?!?!? Go in there. There’s an egg in that room.

Great video.. only issue is how dark ypu have it, a bit of a pain trying to figure out where your at. Also, you can shoot the one in the strike before it falls. Its on the windowsill on the second window

you can get the 4 eggs w/o doing the encounter. search for wish wall guide and where to enter it. but it's kinda worky but you'll be fine.

Harbingers echo drop is bugged!! There is a chance you may not get the sparrow. I suggest holding off till it's patched.

6 years later, my egg hunting journey has begun

Use stomp-ee5 then when your max height use moebius quiver spam into the cave be careful of auto jumping backwards

Are all the eggs viewable during all phases for the various locations around dreaming city e.g. harbinger’s etc? Can’t see one and everything looks dofferent because different curse cycle.

Question . The Lore triumph Lore / Dusk and Dawn / Marasenna - Imponent II has 5 eggs listed for destruction . I've seen 2 In the gardens and two in the Ascendant Challenge for the gardens . That's 4 . Where is the other one ?

you can solo them but need to cheese for the egg after the Morgeth
for the rest of the 4 eggs just enter the egg wish than teleport wish. repeat for each encounters egg

I can't see no. 6. Being ascendant also didn't help. Is it only present during a certain week of the curse? Edit: yes, I just found it - the curse is strong this week. I think I was ascendant as well. Easy to verify as Petra sells the Foil.

Caleb Gaard you can solo all but one using the wall of wishes, but you will have to complete the Morgeth encounter to get to one of the eggs, but it ain’t too hard
