We should focus on plain, blunt and boring meals if we want to live healthier and longer, so also our non exciting or boring investments will be good for us in the long run. If we really feel too boring with our meals today, why not add very little pickle or very little sweet in our meals. But one should not have only aachar or sweets as our main meals daily. In philosophy, we should prefer delayed gratification instead of instant gratification most of the time. Zindagi na milega do bara bhi sahi hai, lekin zindagi me kuch long term galti ya asia bhi ho sakhta hai, aur wohi expensive galtiyaan maut se zyada boora (बदतर) ho sakta hai ! Film ka stroy sirf filmo me hi rahe to atcha hai, humara real life me wohi same cheez hanikarak ho sakhta hai. Life is full of choices and paths, we should make choices and take path by giving proper thought, then life can be more beautiful.

There are generally few instances where you either patronize the viewer asking the question or respond in a sarcastic manner. If the question isnt worth your time, then best don't take it please.
personally I also don't like the long monologues.. but if it demotivates some fragile individual from taking risk.. its worth it.. But honest feedback.. please reduce the time given for weekly updates.. there are daily videos from you for that.. Spend more time on questions.. otherwise there is no use of live session
