My favorite clone legion is definitely the 41st Kashykk legion. I'm super impressed how big your squad of them is with how expensive they are now. I've only been able to collect like 6 of them. Great vid as always.

My favorite legion would probably be the 501st, based on the now legends story mode from the original Battlefront II that showed the 501st being the first to transition to Stormtroopers. Played that back when I was a middle-aged man and only had my kid's bricks. Gotta say my man, I look forward to your content every week. Since I have gotten back into Lego the last couple years, yours is one of my favorite channels I go to for news, advice, and engagement. It's great seeing young people enjoy this hobby, and you still give the Glory to God. Plus you haunt the area I grew up in, though don't make it back much anymore unfortunately. Doom unit is my favourite clone group, due to their unique appearance and energetic tactics.
I got the same problem with some sets that they get a yellow colour. Grey and White seems to be the only colours that got big problems with that. I cleaned some of them in a acid and it worked a bit but not completely. I would say if a part got this yellow colour, you have to replace it. I made up my ARC-170 and Sith Infiltrator. They now look like there are fresh out of the box with some used parts.
My favourite clone legion would be the 501st because of how iconic they are and because of the design they have. Favourite clone would be Rex. Love your collection!
In my opinion you need all the phase 1 captains and commanders of the clone wars series. Got them all and there are my favourites.

This is not an army this is a collection. You are just randomly stacking figures on baseplate. Clone army is an art form where you follow the canon and copy the exact army like its in star wars and when there is no information on it you get to be creative. Smallest army is called a squad and consists of 9 clones of the same kind led by a squad leader/officer/sergeant, 4 of those make a platoon led by a lieutenant, 4 of those make a company led by a captain etc.
