Today, to finish what I started a few months back, we look at Lego Star Wars Imperial Problem. Not as vast as their droid one but still a problem! #legostarwars #lego #starwars
I don’t care about waist capes being gone , but the reasons for getting rid of it and the replacement I don’t like , if you are going to print a waist cape , print it around as otherwise it looks like two little whip like things
Everyone needs to scan the QR code on the back of the instructions on every set after they build the set and give them feedback and when it asks at the end for any suggestions for improvement say we want physical waist capes back on all Minifigures. Mentioning it on TH-cam doesn't get the point across to them because that's all anyone does is complain about this or that. It needs to stop. It's getting to where I'm tired of hearing it.
The problem is the Ratio of clone battle packs and Imperial battle packs. Our last battle pack with a stormtrooper was in 2019, and it was more expensive then the avarage battlepack since it came with anniversary han solo. Since then we got 4 Clone trooper battle packs. Thats a very bad ratio
Yes I agree with you 100% too btw. And I didn't mean you specifically about the complaints. You actually brought up a good point there with the Snowtrooper being first with no kama and nobody did anything until it was clones. Me personally I'm satisfied with anything they give us because they don't have to do any of it. I just feel like we are going to push them to not make any variation of any thing because it's not appreciated by the community. Fives for example. They went out their way to give us a desired clone and what did everyone do? Complain about the helmet print..... And the complaint is from them making the helmet with holes so we could get p2 Cody. C'mon people can't have your cake and eat it too
I was talking to my partner about how despite it all, I actually still really prefer the old Snowtrooper helmet with the big backpack. If I had those back, that'd be so much imho. That, and imperial troopers not having the black hood head anymore where it solves the "can see skin under helmet but still want a face" problem
I want to see Lego make an imperial army troop pack, the only figure we got of that was from the solo tie fighter and generally they’re a neglected type of trooper, maybe maybe they could come in a set of the AT-DP also showing up in the solo movie
How does it hurt playability? You couldn't turn the old stormtrooper helmet either. I mean, you could pop the helmet up to move it, but that's not properly turning it because you have to slightly separate it from the peg on the top of the head.
@@CloneCommanderCrater1102That is a complete lie as I have tested that on a few 2016 stormtroopers that came from rogue one battle packs and a shadow trooper that came from the shadow guard battle pack and all them are capable of rotating 360 degrees without removing the helmet. It’s not as smooth compared to phase 1 clone trooper helmets but they are still are fully functional.
@@tornadic_brigadier7868 So have I, and every single one pops off the stud on the top of the head when you turn it because the breathers hang over the top of the chest slightly, making it so that they don't turn properly, just like the 2019 helmet.
I have been thinking about these very same things I would even add that they should give the snow troopers their backpacks back as well. Loved the video you got my subscription from this.🔥
I believe the main issue with the new stormtrooper are the proportion. The helmet's lower part is far too long, wide, and exaggerated. I believe Lego should have used the mimbian stormtrooper's helmet as it's base. Despite the color scheme and the plate on the forehead, The design is quite proportionate while staying true to Lego.
I completely agree and you are not alone of disliking the 2019-present mold. The new mold looks uncanny but a more objective way of expressing this is that I don’t think it proportionally scales well with the Lego body. The helmet is too bulky. New mold also have very limited head articulation compared to the previous mold which that helmet is capable of rotating 360 degrees which makes posing much more difficult on these new molds. As much as I love the prequel era as I do the original trilogy, I do feel like the OT era is getting the shorter end of the stick especially in terms of battle packs. It is a lot harder to build an imperial army than a clone trooper army these days. We haven’t got a true imperial stormtrooper battle pack since like 2016, first order doesn’t count. Also I would like to see more stormtrooper variations whether it be from Disney canon or Old EU, though that depends if Lego is going to take a risk and actually do an old EU set. I do wish Lego was more braver with sets these days.
If you want good Stormtroopers you first have to go back to the old headmold. You want variants go back to the EU Star Wars material, Disney canon has both slim pickings and bad options. Also something that could make more is a variety of sets and troops that could go with. Imperial Army troops are basically non existent. Other groups within the Empire could be highlighted like COMPNOR security troops which would use the flat castle hat. You want something cool, lets get red Royal Guard Stormtroopers, a buildable lego Spacetrooper Mk I and II. Add in great sets based on EU events and you'd have the best Star Wars sets ever. Give me a Stormtrooper battle pack thats like the Rebels Imperial Troop Transport and I'll take so many of them or a EU ground vehicle like a Lancet, CAV, Floating Fortress, with Army Troopers and Stormtroopers and you'd be making bank.
@G.A.RProductions If you want to get a good sense of what material you have to work with for sets read some of the old Star Wars West End Games rpg material that you can find online easy enough. Read the Imperial Sourcebook 2nd edition to see some of what I mean. It's good classic Star Wars fun in those old books
Duel mold stormtrooper helmet lego avoid misprints as seen on internet off topic imagine duel mold phase 2 clone helmet with sunvisor which would be bit awful though some say it’s big deal for phase 2 Cody skywalker saga design Even if lego bring back classic stormtrooper helmet we still prefer the old stormtrooper helemt wished if grandpa clone custom make mortar trooper with classic helmet to make it look better so I could make 2007 clone battlepack as imperial version
The new stormtrooper helmet is more accurate all around to what is shown in the movies than the 2014 version. Also, I'm fine with the snowtroopers having printed kamas solely because if they had fabric kamas then the two large pouches wouldn't be present like they are on the printed ones.
Edit your video. I can't tell if you're talking about clone troopers, stormtroopers, snow troopers etc. I'm playing 3d chess trying to understand a simple and valid argument
I'm surprised lego hasn't made another death trooper considering they have appeared in at least 3 Disney plus shows.
Shadow, Shock and Artillery troopers all need to make a return.
We also never got the incinerator trooper!
Losing the waist capes on the Snow Troopers doesn't bother me. Losing the backpacks though ...

its a robbery to pay 600 dolars for the venator and rex to not even have a waistcape
😂

I hate the stormtrooper new helmet much more than the new clones helmets with holes. This one actually hurts playability so there are no excuses.

Thank you so much!! And 100% agree!
i need a zombie stormtrooper battlepack

What about the resistance and first order
I just want plain stormtroopers from the late 2010’s era they were perfect and the new ones helmets just suck
Amen!

We will have to agree to disagree
Tan hands is actually wrong! Its white
How much is worth in dollars a stormtrooper, and a gungan warrior with shield ? Thanks
Depends on the storm trooper, but probably $12-20
Lego always has a problem
