I'm browsing your videos today and i'm so glad you reuploaded this video. Nakakagutom yung ginataang halohalo mo mommy joy hehehe. Hoping for your success. 🥰
That looks so yummy! Now, I am craving for ginataang bilo-bilo! It’s been years since I had my cousin’s ginataan. It’s good to see that they try everything that you introduce to them and liking it. You’re amazing!
Sago is tapioca. Ginataan is a Filipino snack composed of glutinous rice shaped in balls with a mismof purple sweet potato, plantains and jack fruit. Ang galing niyo po
Tapioca pearls ang English ng sago. Ube is purple yam. Malagkit is glutinous rice. Sabihin mo na lang na concoction of yams, plantains and sweet potatoes in coconut milk basta sabihin mo it's called Guinatan.
It will be much better. Find your permanent contact from among them. Of course you should chose the right person. Beware, chose not the psychotic one. Build a raport whosoever that person will be. Remember that. It's all about your safety. I always am happy watching your contents. Go forth. It will make you rich. God bless you...
Before po ako ngvlog last year sir, I used to bring dinners to this shelter.. Back then, mga mababait ang staff. Etong last lang pghatid ko bago ba at yang nga iba ugali hheheh at iba din manager. I will consider distributing food to a different shelter. Thank you s support sir! God bless
What hurts you hurts us. Especially me. It's hard but the thing is I always inspire you guys not to give up on evil. Just avoid them. I am so proud of you Joy. Jut keep it up. God bless you.
Yes po Mama Joy na notice ko rin sa vid mo about homeless. The staff a bit rude and not appreciative, though maawa ka sana sa mga homeless pero mas maganda rin kasi na makita mo na sila talaga ang kakain… ❤ bless you more ❤❤❤
Watching again. hihihi Miss this as one of foods that I only really eat more on holidays in Pinas even it's a hot day. Unlike biko which is simpler to make and mom adds her twist of slivers of ginger in it and cooked in a pan. Mama's and tita's binignit used up the home grown jackfuit, it's cheaper and easier to get plantain too and a rainbow colour of tapioca pearls are available in Bohol. Mom wouldn't have cooked this when she was a canteen manager to make extra money as well as cook the usual food served in the school. Instead she would've cooked bbq, burger, spaghetti etc. I would've helped keep an eye on the food being cooked at home before school, like the way your kids when you do food deliveries. Remembered putting the roasted salted nuts in a small plastic and burnt off the end to seal under a flame.
Ahhh I miss roasted peanuts and fried peanuts with garlic!! And yes hahahha you're right we used to sell those in a small plastic and sealed under flame! Memories😂
Don't worry Ms.carmen I'm I sure you gonna like it ..your co employees tlaga Ang kukulit , they really appreciate Yung Ng niluluto mo.napansin ko you are very soft spoken,...my mga fans n pla Yung mga suki mo...Tama mommy joy n Hindi k pumunta dun s vendor it's is a sign of respect at the same time Hindi k m mis interpret 😉 continue blogging and spreading sharing to others...

Nkakatuwa nman si momsy joy, kahit ako ang tagal ko ng kumakain ng ginatan, di ko rin alam ang sago sa inglis. Sabihin mo nlng sa kanila glutious balls.😁😁😁😁😁
Antaas ng pangalan sa tagalog ah 🤣 We also call it Benignit in Bisaya, it feels tuloy na dito nag-originate to, gigutum ko yawa 🤣🤣 We usually eat it in Semana Santa.
If they ask what is it you can just say Sinantan, Ginatan. (or in Pampanga we call it Sampelot). I think it's not enough to say "it's something like sweet potato"... because it's not just sweet potato. It's just one of the many medley of ingredients. Let them identify every bit in it. The banana is known intetnationally as Saba (cooking banana). By the way it's also good served cold from the fridge.
