"This Side Up" Artists in Conversation

On January 27, 2024, after celebrating the opening of our winter exhibition, "THIS SIDE UP," the exhibiting artists participated in a conversation moderated by HCCC Curator + Exhibitions Director, Sarah Darro. In the video, they share insider perspectives on producing the new bodies of work on view and how their individual practices work in concert to tell a complex history of value, labor, skill, visibility (or lack thereof), and community in the business of handling art.
