Okay, so this happened after eight years of them being together. Their families knew each other, and your telling me there were no red flags up to this point? Man love must really make people over look a lot of crap.
Aftermath: After believing Sara’s lie, Dave continued to let Sara and the baby live with him for the time being. While Sara was going out ‘looking for Johnny’s father’. Days passed, and one night when Dave was returning home he sees his sister on a date with a man at a club that night. Angry that Sara lied to him, he confronted both Sara and her date asking if he was her baby’s father. After hearing Dave said, the guy then ran away from them. Dave then dragged Sara home to his parents and told them that instead looking for the father, she lied to use an excuse to go out clubbing. They then pressured Sara into telling them who her baby’s father was and she finally cracked and told them that she didn’t know who it was and she lied so she could go out and find another guy to leech off of. Realizing that he fell for her lies, and he would never have a rich life Dave yelled at Sara to go to hell and decided to leave his family. Her parents had enough of Sara and decided to kick her out but decided keep her baby with them, and if she wants her son back she’ll need to find the father. They even let their relatives know to not help Sara if she called them for help. Now with no money and no man, Sara tried to get back with her ex but he immediately rejected her on the spot. No one knows what Sara was doing now, but some say they saw her with different men heading to hotels. As for Dave, when he finally left his family, he decided to try to apologize to Kathy hoping to get her back. Finding where she, he arrived with gifts hoping that she would say yes. When he knocked on the door he was greeted by a man who introduced himself as Kathy’s new husband. Now seeing that she remarried, Dave left with his tail tucked between his legs. He now spends his days alone, regretting his action. But it was too late for regrets.
Wow... Dave and Sara are really stupid. This stuff can happen in reality too though. They didn't even learn their lesson in the aftermath. How pathetic.
I think you should be able to get married in any color/type of clothing you want. My parents ended up getting married in jeans. Dad always joked that he was finally able to persuade Mom to marry him by promising her a hot shower after being stuck in an old camper for 3 days during a blizzard. I wore a 25 pound beaded white dress at my first wedding & remember being so uncomfortable the whole time. So when I had my second wedding I promised myself I’d not be that uncomfortable again so I went with a beautiful purple formal dress that didn’t weigh anything close to the 25lbs monster. Of course I’ve never understood why people even want to put themselves into debt for a wedding. Whenever I listen to people talk about spending tens of thousands of dollars on what just a glorified party I have trouble not ‘rolling my eyes’ & have to bite my tongue. Even though I’ve had 2 weddings with beautiful dresses I’ve not come anywhere close to spending thousand on them nor do I have any regrets. If you add the costs of 2 weddings & honeymoons I still don’t come anywhere close to $100k. My husband is very thankful that I’ve never been a ‘high maintenance’ type of women. In fact other than food & books I hate shopping or spending money, which my husband is very thankful for. Of course growing up with a Mom who was a bit of a shopaholic helped keep me away for those things.
Some people do, especially ones who come out of long relationships that didn't work out. Once they're ready to get married and the long term relationship doesn't workout, they tend to move on quickly.
That makes no sense what so ever SIL gets pregnant and OP has to give up her and fiance well ex fiances wedding just for ft that that's a dumbass family there
Dave - the groom Kathy - the bride Jean - Dave’s mother Sara - Dave’s sister Sara’s boyfriend Kathy is smart to dump Dave before marriage. Everything will revolve around his family. Anything Kathy wants will be a “No” if it interferes with his family. There is a Reddit story that several YT hosts have read that is so similar to this one, with the bride’s sister being the pregnant one. The bride and groom stood firm against her parents’ and sister’s threats and machinations. They had their wedding events with the help of friends and family allies. The couple ended up with the nice surprise of a honeymoon baby.
Have the rich future in laws do with their wallets what she did with her legs 🦵. She may NEED a marriage, but she doesn’t need a wedding and she doesn’t need someone else to pay for one.
For the ending, my response: “yeah right! Wait till you see Cathy and her new husband. That should shut you up!😑😑”
🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣

Love is blind. If they weren't my mum would never have had me.
In some U S states, they're already Common Law married. No need for paperwork. What exactly have they not already done? Seriously....

Yeah, that's a good one. 👍
My great grand mother got married in a black dress. That was fashionable those days.
I like how dense our protagonist is as if it would be hard to understand what they were trying to do. Bumbling doesn't cover it XD.
They want the wedding, the honeymoon AND their house!
Oh no. The “more than five minute epilogue virus” is spreading. And that rebound marriage…probably not the best decision.
So it was her earnings he loved after all 😂
Maybe sister should have used protection and everyone wouldn't find out that she's the town bicycle
LOLOLOL 🤣😂🤣😂 That was good lol
Lmao
@@D4ll4sSt4rsF4n I'm just happy you understood what I meant 😂😂
You said it nicer than I did.
I said she was a doorknob that gets turned by anyone. 😂😂

What a crazy woman, demanding the son’s wedding date, venue, catering, decorations, flowers etc. OP NTA. You owe them nothing.
Turns out that Sara is for the streets! Good thing her BF gave her back to the city 😅😅
She should've just said " F Sara, I'm not the one that got her pregnant. Let her baby daddy pay for her wedding"..
You should always get at least a day of wedding coordinator.
Yes she should have told them right away she didn't knock Sarah up it wasn't her responsibility go find baby daddy.
What a clown show.😂😂😂
Nobody get pregnant by accident. You did the deed not by accident but out of lust
No, adults usually don't get pregnant by accident. There's also instances like teen pregnancies, SA, etc.
Yeah...sure she can have our wedding...and you and I are done, happy now? ..
There is a such thing as a civil ceremony
Reasons to stay single!
The moment they start making demands of you that's your cue to get out of the situation
*cue*
@@nco_gets_it thanks Grammer police
Sara tried to trap her boyfriend. His family saw the red flags faster than OP???
DNA paternity test is $80 on Amazon
I know. When I heard the thousands of dollars, I thought that girl DEFINITELY got price gouged out of desperation.
If either partner does not want a big wedding. Maybe have a small wedding or even just a courthouse wedding.
Or a destination wedding since they were going on a honeymoon. Lots of resorts have that available.
You're the mother of your son. You change his poopy diaper.
Isn’t it usually conceding to the older siblings?

That epilogue makes me kind of unsatisfied
Just a different kind of story.
Further evidence that she dodged a bullet by bailing.
The title should be figurę SIL before wedding their arę not a married couple so their are not a family Jet so no sil Jet.
This story was fine until she rebound-married after only a few MONTHS?! Who tf does that?! 🤦🤦🤦👎👎👎👎👎👎👎

It's more common than you think. And so is the rationale she uses to do so.
