ShartimusPrime Biography:
Inspired by watching boring Transformers action figure reviews, the ShartimusPrime youtube channel was launched in 2008. Engaging the audience with an edgy sense of humor for adult collectors, action figure collecting has never been this fun, and videos are posted daily! Unexpectedly, the channel became more popular for Marvel Legends reviews and Spider-Man, Avengers, and X-Men collection display videos. After a few years, the channel has branched out to review other figure properties aside from Marvel Legends and G1 Transformers Masterpiece. Hot Toys, Star Wars, Diamond Select Toys, DC Collectibles, Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles, Dragon Ball Z, Attack on Titan, Godzilla, Evil Dead, and The Walking Dead toy lines have all been added to the roster of nearly 2,000 video reviews. Japanese import figures from SH Figuarts, Bandai, Figma, Square Enix, and Medicom MAFEX have been favorites as well. More recently, Kotobukiya Statues (including the very sexy Bishoujo line) and NECA Toys have become more prevalent on the channel. Being a big fan of movies such as Spider-Man, Batman, X-Men, Iron Man, Captain America, The Avengers, Evil Dead, Pacific Rim, Aliens, and other films has lead the channel in the direction of also reviewing movies, movie trailers, blu ray releases, and tv shows. News updates for 2016 releases and beyond are also posted. Audience engagement is a big part of this channel, with giveaways and fan mail being read publicly once a week in the PO Box Pick-Up videos. Impressive “Shart-Art” is shared via social media and included in the opening theme song. The audience is also kept up to date with any changes to the channel, along with recent comic book pick-ups, unboxings, and action figure hauls. Stop-motion segments punishing the popular meme of the Big Time Let Down Spider-Man close most of the comparison segments, and are compiled together for guaranteed access to patrons. Lastly, all figure reviews close with a slideshow featuring dynamic poses of the figure inspired by ACBA, with the added bonus of music performed and recorded by ShartimusPrime himself.

Having the neck skin exposed when the helmet is on looks weird to me, but otherwise I can't wait to have this in hand. Ent Earth sent mine out earlier this week! 🤘🖤

@@SlasherIncorporated My best guess is that they’ll release him next month since goblin was actually slated for December so ock will probably be coming out in the next few weeks
@@brjw0892 Wasn't the entire wave slated for December? Or early January? People are already getting/finding the Spider-Men, as well as Sandman, MJ, and Matt Murdock. Kinda strange that Ock didn't come out along with the rest of them.

Seeing everyone getting their NWH figures is making me antsy but I know that BBTS will pull through. Green Goblin is looking so good I might actually pass on the S.H. Figuarts version.

Shf is NOT worth the money. Just spend 15 dollars on metallic green paint, because the paint job on the Shf is literally the only thing that it does better.
Never fear, i just got my Doc Ock today and my Green Goblin is processing..youll likely get them soon, unless of course, you already have.

This was definitely worth the price, especially being 1/3 the price of the SHF with all these accessories and a beautiful headsculpt. It has so many display options, you can even take off the tattered piece of cloth! Definitely ML of the year. The team at Hasbro killed it!
Not worth the price at all. It is a nice figure, def not worth that much. It’s still a piece of plastic with barely enough articulation. No extra hands or effects. Hasbro will keep overcharging because they know nostalgia ridden fans will buy it up.

@@a.gss7714it 100% is worth the price would it be great if it was the same price as doc ock? Sure. However the fact that shf pretty much only beats this figure on the hands department and better paint and articulation but is worth $160 that should be considered overcharging. This figure does enough for the price point for me.
I'll probably paint the neck of mine either green or black and then put the helmet on him. Nothing against the unmasked head sculpt but I prefer my figures to have their helmets on with a few exceptions.

Idk man, I’m actually kinda disappointed with this action figure. The lack of articulation limits his poses with the glider. No boot or ankle rotation, no ab crunch, no butterfly shoulders, no waist rotation, exposed neck, and the pegs for the glider are too close to each other.
Don’t get my wrong, it looks dope, but very little articulation = limited poses. 3 out 5 to me. 🤷🏽♂️

I've been trying to work out why he looks so janky on the glider and I think I've figured it out. His lower legs are too long, and his upper legs are too short. That means he can never get his knees over his toes into a proper glider crouch, so he just looks like he's sitting in an invisible chair. It's kinda ruined the figure for me sadly
I hear the shfigure art one is good more expensive but better articulation only thing for me is that it’s a bit shorter
@@Mikevasquez. I do like the look of the Figuarts one a lot, but it's 3x the price and the headsculpt is emotionless and bored looking. The articulation makes posing it look so natural though, especially on the glider poses

Its a good figure, a lot of detail and sculpt. Some things could have been better... like a head that had the hood molded on to it instead of that loose hood. More hand accessories along with a second pumpkin. Definitely wish the ab crunch was better too. Overall all, its good. But 40-42bucks would have been a more accurate price. 7/10

I wouldn’t hold out. If you want a Willem Dafoe Green Goblin, I would just go ahead and get this if you have the chance. We simply don’t know that Hasbro is going to re-release it with the original design before Norman modifies the suit. I know it would be easy to do since they pretty much already have the mold for it. They’d have to tweak the sculpt to remove the extra bits on his armor, of course. But, I’d rather be safe than sorry.

I really love the figure. My only thing was one of the wing couplings on my glider snapped as I was posing it and one of the wings comes apart too easy while posing and I’m VERY worried about the goggles marking up that beautiful Willem Dafoe head sculpt but other than that this figure looks great
I just got mine, and the Dafoe head fits well on my endgame war machine, sooo I have a reason to get the iron patriot now and built a "mcu dark avengers" collection.

OH boy this figure is gotta be one of the best ML of the year and really high on MOVIE figures list of all time. This figure is almost perfect, my only gripe is no full sets of hands. The same thing can be said for comic GG and I still hope they will give us perfect definitive comic book green goblin figure the same with Hobgoblin. But man dafoe head, removable hood, goggles and his oldschool mask is everything I wanted, glider, pumpkin bomb which could use a little more paint but anyway. If we got this final battle version of Gobby then I really want to get his classic full suit without modifications. Since he appeared like this in the beginning I think there won't be any license bullshit. But now I can't wait for this one. This is really rare when movie figure makes me so happy and hyped. looking forward to sandman and ock figures and reviews.
I would definitely look into getting a custom soft goods purple cloak for this figure. That hoodie looks too bulky, in my opinion, and the rest doesnt give off the flow tattered impression...

SHF is too small, barely comes with accessories, feels cheaply made, extremely overpriced, has a bad head sculpt and doesn't have the mask

My old goblin from first movie I lost his Henry as a kid that was removable from his face, will this fit on that head sculpt? That way can display my old goblin on his old glider beside this upgraded one
The box side art looks more like Nicholas Cage than William Dafoe but the sculpt is spot on!
That figure is so good but not worth $50. The sad thing is the figure ain’t the problem it’s just the price because it doesn’t have enough to justify $50

How did you not know? It was shown in the promotional images when the figure was officially revealed. Hasbro even showed it off when they unveiled it in person at a con or some other event.

@@jedijam91 Promotional artwork? What do you mean? Like I said, there were pictures of the figure showing that it came with an alternate helmeted head. If you went to pre-order Green Goblin at any site, the images showing the helmet would have been there. And people recorded videos of Hasbro unveiling the No Way Home figures in person and showing off all the accessories. I'm sorry but, how you didn't know...is really beyond me. You must not have been paying attention to anything at all.

This figure is fantastic! That Willem Dafoe likeness is SPOT ON! The rest of the body with the suit looks great. Lots of detail going on. I really like that Hasbro included the Goblin helmet as an alternate head. They didn't have to do that considering it wasn't part of this look. By the time Peter finds Norman at the shelter with Aunt May, the helmet has already been destroyed and is gone. I know some people wished he'd kept it and wore it during the final battle, so maybe Hasbro decided to give that option to collectors. If you want to, you can have a more Gobliny-looking Green Goblin from the final battle by adding the helmet. Even though it's not technically screen accurate, I think it looks cool that way and makes me wish he actually kept the helmet and continued to wear it as well. Though, his neck flesh being exposed below it bothers me a bit. That just looks kinda weird. I love that the glider comes with a flight stand so you can actually display Green Goblin on the glider hovering in the air without having to buy an additional figure stand to achieve that. The glider itself looks great and when compared to the original movie version from Toybiz, I didn't realize it was actually that big. I do wish there was just a little bit more added detail to it, though. They didn't bother to paint the pumpkin bombs inside the dispensers on top of the glider or add the green light that emits from the vents in the middle. I also would have liked to have gotten an extra set of hands, as well as a 'hood down' piece to put around the neck if you aren't going to have him wearing the hood over his head. It looks odd that the hood just completely disappears altogether if you decide to display him not wearing it. So yeah, definitely have some gripes. They're pretty minor, but they're there. This was ALMOST a perfect figure. Hasbro still knocked it out of the park, though, as far as MCU figures go. This is one of their best. That Dafoe head might have the best actor likeness in the entire Marvel Legends line.
Receive this yesterday and the stand for the figure doesn’t fit for the glider. The glider hole is larger than the stand hole

@@haidynsworld3820 Electro had an amazing Spider-man 2 figure released back in 2014 and it was pretty awful but as far as No Way Home, no he and Lizard have not gotten a figure yet and due to a licensing issue I find it highly unlikely we’ll be getting either any time soon.
@Obistopmotions not for No Way Home. But Hasbro did make one for TASM 1 years ago. It was a Walmart exclusive.

Now I wait until someone modifies this figure into the undamaged Green Goblin from 2002, the one I wanted the most. Y'know, I'm something of a customizer myself.
Only complaint I have about the figure is that the green from his suit doesn’t go all the way up the neck , still looks great just kind of an eye soar seeing the skin tone when its got the mask on .
The Rami Green Goblin was one of the first Marvel Legends and action figures I ever got as a kid back in the early 2000s. I used my pocket money to get him and obviously I played with him and my other Spider-Man toys and he broke and obviously I got upset but my dad fixed him with some super glue and after that he vanished which sucks
And seeing him updated makes me so happy, cannot wait to get him and stand him next to Tobey

This figure looks so good 😩 however, that exposed neck is weird when you put the helmet on him. So I'll probably make some purple rags for him out of actual cloth just to disguise the neck as much as i can. Also wish he has boot swivel, seems like that would help with posing him on his glider a lot. But aside from that, he looks amazing, cannot wait to get him

Got this figure today. The only complaint I have is the hip joints are very loose and the left shoulder joint that pegs into the body is very gummy.

Will you be reviewing the NWH Fibal Swing suit Spidey anytime soon?
Wish they would have done what the Lightning Collection did for the Shadow Ranger and added a separate neck piece/sleeve that could slide over the neck so that the alternate head wouldn't look weird. Also a shame that the hood and helmet can't be combined.
I like the look but that’s about it. My green goblin glider has been used one too many times so when I try to put it on the stand it falls off because the hole is too dam big. And getting him posed and staying on the glider is such an absolute pain
I have him pre-ordered over on BBTS and am just waiting for him to come in.

In pre production they were going to put his broken helmet on the front of his glider to look like the comics but scrapped that idea. I wish you could do it with the figure.

This has easily been my most anticipated release from the Marvel Legends line ever since the film released, Dafoe's performance and the redesigned suit were major highlights for me. It just dropped on UK Pulse yesterday and I just got the dispatch notification, should have it in hand by the end of the week.
