Trying The New Food In Star Wars Galaxy's Edge In Disney's Hollywood Studios! | Rides, Food & Rain!

- In today’s vlog we head to Disney’s Hollywood Studios to try the new menu items from Docking Bay 7 in Star Wars Galaxy’s Edge. We got to the park before they were serving lunch so we headed back to Toy Story Land to try to ride a few rides before lunch. It started raining and the lines were pretty long so we headed over to Muppets 3D instead. This was Jackson’s first time on the ride and he LOVED it!! We were so proud of him for sitting still and paying attention to the ride the whole time! He did great! After that we head back to Docking Bay 7 to pick up our mobile order. We got the beef with stir fry veggies, the sriracha tuna poke and the new dessert! We try them all and give you our review! We’re so happy with these new items and we highly recommend trying them on your next trip. Then Tim rides Rise of the Resistance and I try to exchange our sad balloon, but the rain had other plans for us lol. We go back to get Tim at the exit of the ride and talk about how the ride was and what was working and what wasn’t working. Then we head out for the day. I can't believe Jackson kept the glasses on. I can't even imagine my grandson sitting still long enough to watch that non less keeping glasses on. You are really good parents and teaching him really well. You should be very proud :)

Jackson sucks new things up like a sponge. Loved him in the 3 D glasses. Had my son down there when he was almost 3. That’s when the Teenage age mutant ninja turtles were big in MGM. He’s now 31. He’s still my baby boy.

In The Bahamas we make tea with the croton leaves to break down mucus when we’re sick, it’s great when you’re battling a bad cold, flu or pneumonia.

Great job with those 3D glasses, Jackson!! So cute to see how much he enjoyed it. Not really sure why Jenn didn’t get to go on Rise of the Resistance though…they both had boarding groups, so couldn’t they have just done Rider Switch and she would’ve gotten on the ride without having to wait in the whole queue again while Tim waited with Jackson? It’s sad that she wanted to and didn’t get to for some reason.

Thank you for pointing out all the cool plants. Those bright leafy ones are considered foliage i see them at Walmart a lot. I didn't know they had cool names. And those plants were really big succulents. Succulents can get really large! I have tiny cactus that have grown to medium and I can only see them getting larger. :)

Jackson is such a good boy. He seems to just go with the flow and always well behaved. My daughter was really easy, not so much now at 13 🙄. My son (second child) has always been a handful 🤣.

I live in the pacific northwest, and a lot your ‘foliage’ plants around the parks are used as ‘rare houseplants’. There are a lot of Philodendron and Monstera in the parks.

O.K. that little bye bye wave from Jackson was just too cute for words. He seemed to really enjoy the Muppets, but who wouldn't. I did see him raise his glasses and lower them, like he was trying to figure out what exactly they did. Which is a pretty smart thing to do. I've been on Rise three times now and each time it was different. The first time, before the shut down, none of the pre-shows were working. Then the second time everything was working and the third time, the big guns were not.
I'm waiting for the day when Jackson will be the one saying Tim's signature phrase at the end. It's going to be awesome.
