- Video was shot in Okinawa in 2014. Mostly around the city Naha and a few places in the northern part of the island.
The Glidecam HD2000 was use for the smooth shots. This was some of my first work with the Glidecam and I was still getting the hang of it. Let me know what you think of the video in the comments below!

I was stationed in Okinawa from 1993-1995. I love Okinawa. It's a very beautiful place and I love it's people
It was and will be an excellent country.
Lived there as a teen from 67-71, back in the fall of 71 to early 72 when on the way to Viet Nam eventually. Then back again 77-80. now each year make at least one trip back. It's my surrogate home as being both a military brat and Air Force retiree I spent most of my life outside the US. Okinawa is special, its changed a lot since going back to Japan some good, some bad but it is still that magical little island that anyone who has spent anytime time on misses each day for the rest of their life.
Ryukyu islands are just beautiful.. One day maybe I’ll be able to get there.
This should be getting more views, help spread the Okinawan culture for the Okinawans everybody
