It took me less than 10 minutes to watch this because I skipped through most of it. In the first 5 minutes, you quickly realize, what this drama is about - nothing good. The only upside to this drama is the dashing Yao Guanyu (ML). Don't like his character but love the actor.
2/5 Plot was confusing until he explained it at the end. Seemed like a whole bunch of scheming to tie the woman down. Very dramatic, I see that he wanted to protect her but didn’t have the strength. But in the end it was wrong, she has that Beauty and the Beast Syndrome.
I wish the translations for these dramas were a bit better. The She’s are He’s and “Male secretary” really had me laughing. I used my translator and it translated to “Secretary Nan”.

She stays after she knows SO much unbelievable stuff, AND after she is accused of trying to murder someone she asked the ML " How are you going to punish me?" ugh... I liked the actors, but this was a thriller wanna be imo, and annoying, not thrilling. But, I'm confused.. SPOILER DON'T READ IF YOU DON'T WANT TO KNOW - If there are pictures of her when she was Lan Lan, and she is Lan Lan, why did she need plastic surgery?? If she looks like Lan Lan, and she's been his secretary for 3 years, and his mother knew her then, why didn't she make a move on her for those 3 years?
