I could watch this episode forever.....B.A. Baracus playing Ricky's bodyguard never gets old 😆 I pity those bully fools who unfairly tax the classroom their milk money 👍
The bully was played by john p. navin,jr. a familiar face on television during this period (early 1980's),diff'rent strokes, the pilot of cheers, facts of life.he was considered an up and coming young actor because this a year before jennifer slept here (1983).
Jennifer Slept Here wasn’t one of NBC’s biggest hits it was becoming one of the few flops when the network wasn’t hoping for. Instead what they got was Night Court (1983-1992) and Riptide (1983-1986) while USA Network has been even enjoyed the six year successful run of Double Trouble (1983-1989).
@@markelijio6012 Because they're expecting ann Jillian to be their next big television sitcom sex siren.or a new Lucille ball.and that's why they even put it in hiatus after November,1983,q and reviving it for the spring sweeps of 1984.
In today's world, the bully could've been expelled and arrested and charged with assault and battery. Sadly, the problem will escalate with the parents who were bullies too.
You can celebrate differences with comedy without being racist. The over reactions are being foisted on us by our divine and conquer leaders who need the distraction fights. People who are actually bioweapon attacking the planet saying "oh you cannot say they that, it is offensive". Don't get me wrong obviously there are people with no concept of where lines are with humor but to turn an off color comment into the equivalent of a lynching is insane too.
"Please let me stay in public school." - (Now there's a phrase you don't hear anymore...)
Exactly 👍😄
Kate: "Now I'm gonna show you some self defense tricks. Take this rape whistle." LMFAO

"Revenge of the ´80s". I love that. Why time passes by so quickly???
That house was my Sear's Christmas Catalogue. I wanted the traffic lights, the train, the video games, the duck phone that quacked. Everything.
The duck phone always made me laugh. 🤣🦆
This is my fave episode! I like how Rick stood up to OX!
This one was one of my favorites. Mr. T is just an old softy in real life.

He was also Cousin Eddie's son in National Lampoon's Vacation.
First name is Mr middle name is that . last name T 😂
Mr T walking out with a bucket of chicken...oh my.
Guy playing Ox was really in demand at the time.
This vhs recording is from the back to the 80's week that aired on nick at nite from march 3-9,2001.
I pity the fool who didnt enjoy this episode.
Mr. T played his character flawlessly. Serious but effectively funny.
I've had the pleasure of knowing Mr. T's son for awhile whike he was in college and I worked there. Such a nice guy.
Wow Mr T my favourite Actor
Yeahhhhhhhhhhhhhh
Don't worry Ricky, being the rich kid, once you get to highschool, you'll be the most popular kid there.
First name is Mr., middle name is period, last name is T!
The teacher made me laugh
"Fine, fine.".
Classic episode
Great episode

No today they make them talk it out, and blame the one getting bullied
Mr T provokes Ricky's dad until he stands up to him. Then he points out that Ricky wants to stand up to Ox just like Ricky's dad stood up to Mr T.
Who in the world is disliking this video??? That's mind-blowing to me.
Wasn't Ricky in Military School at first. He should be able to defend himself to a point instead of Mr T. Did we forget blink of an eye. Lol
In real life, he was an expert in martial arts since age eight!
I have him as my bodyguard
I mean mr t did work as a bouncer at a club plus he served as a military policeman
Why they got to have the black man eating fried chicken?
It was the 80s... a time of right-wing backlash against the progress of the prior decades... a backlash similar to the one we're in right now..
