Cheers mate! Hell yeah, back in the day we always kept some tapes handy to throw in and record movies, wrestling, music videos and more! I actually just bought two new glass cabinets so once I get everything set up I'll make another video in this series. Appreciate the support Gazz!
The Beef! Damn good to hear from you bud, hope you're doing really well. Haha well then mission accomplished, but I will say that it's a slippery slope!
Another great video and I love seeing the transformation of your collection room and the cambinets have a really good flow with all the different figure toy lines as always really enjoy watch the toy collection journey 😎👍🏻
Thanks mate! Plenty more still to be done but I'm enjoying the progress too, and tracking the journey is what the videos are all about. Really appreciate the support Ryan😊
Amazing as always my friend. Love that burst of colour as you walk in. Your knowledge is amazing. Love the Street Sharks and Crash Test Dummies as it's a bit different. A pleasure as always watched the whole thing with a smile as usual. Can't wait to see the 'end result' or the end result until it changes again haha. Take care bud 👊🤝
CJ, thank you brother! So glad that you enjoyed the video, I definitely like to mix it up and have something for everyone so I'm happy to hear it made you smile!👊
The room is growing and looking great mate! Love the update videos and the calming sound of your voice as you explain the nostalgia around the toys! That spare wall looks like gold for any collector Scott! Chat soon mate
wow! things are looking great so many cool things i fully forgot about ring raiders and the monsters in my pocket so that was cool to see, the memories came back as soon as i seen them. keep up the good work mate!😎👍
Thanks so much Shane! Yeah I loved Ring Raiders back in the day, and Monsters in my Pocket were awesome, I remember eating fruit cups just because they came with a free Monster in my Pocket🤣 Appreciate your support mate!
What are the clear disc you use for standing up your turtles and how do you attach them. My collectible keep falling over and haven’t found a good solution for my display. Thanks!
Hey Philip! They're called Star Stands. I assume they're designed for Star Wars figures but they work perfectly with other Kenner figures, and they work for vintage TMNT figures which really need a helping hand to stand!
Crikey! What a neat collection! Soon you will need a bigger room, mate! Wonderful 80's memories but your hair style is of the 50's! HaHa!! Keep it up my friend! Looking forward to more vids! 👍👍👍👍👍
@@ScottCrusher By the way, as small the space as it is, you still have good wall space to expand and the other side of the wall area. Although you have to walk side ways all the time! That's what I do! HaHa!
Thanks again, its a pity ikea don't have the cabinet you have your self ,the only all glass cabinet they have are still still good cabinets but a bit awkward to put together need 2 people to assemble it,good luck with videos,i collect all sorts myself Lego, figures, toy cars, all the best mate
Yeah it's a bummer mate, you go to Ikea and they have just about everything, why not a simple large glass cabinet! Yeah nice, I'm tempted to start getting into Lego myself, love the Pirate sets from back in the day. Appreciate it mate, and thanks for stopping by.👌
Looking great! Love the VHS art in the entrance, your bull dog is adorable man. love the figure display looks like a toy aisle in a toy store. your turtles collection is very impressive. The wrestling collection brings back so many wonderful memories! WOW! Ghost busters,Dick Tracy & Toxic Crusaders! AWESOME! Loved The Crash Dummies but never was able to get them when they were out. Great VHS and games also man. Really enjoyed the tour. Great job! I am forever a humble fan sir :)
Thanks so much for the kind words brother, I'm glad to hear that you saw some stuff that took you back. I make these videos because I have fun doing it, but comments like this definitely put a pep in my nostalgic step!👊
I will take that as a compliment! TMNT is a great place to start, even just the first wave of ten figures from 1988... if you look at the complete vintage TMNT line it can be overwhelming!
I would already be collecting - I’ve been watching collecting videos for a while now - but I would prefer to have a decent place to display first. Perhaps I will start with a single cabinet and go from there… I also need to convince the wife around another hobby (I already paint warhammer) haha
@Seraphim2611 Yeah good thinking! My first couple of years collecting I didn't have display space so they went straight into storage... definitely not as fun or rewarding! Oh nice, I used to enjoy a bit of Warhammer myself😁👍
Greetings from Ireland, good video, did you buy your large glass cabinet in ikea? I was looking for something similar I have a few detolf, but need bigger cabinets for my collection, thanks
Hey Paul! Nah, my glass cabinets are from a retailer in Australia called Fantastic Furniture. Exactly the same height as an Ikea Detolf, but obviously wider. Not sure if you have Fantastic Furniture in your part of the world but if so, the model is 'Gallery'. Cheers Paul👍
Thank you! No worries, I got those two glass cases from an Australia retailer called Fantastic Furniture. Thanks for watching, I'm due for another update video as the collection room has changed a lot :)
Thanks Hermann! Man, I would love to get my hands on some vintage Mad Balls, not easy to find, especially in Australia! Glad you liked the dummies and VHS, a lot of nostalgia there. Thanks for watching!
Thanks Shane, I appreciate it mate! No, I wouldn't think so, the Hasbro ring doesn't quite fit, hence it's sitting on top of the cabinet. Likewise with the Technodrome. It's hard to find cabinets with enough depth to store those larger items.
1:24 the poster of Blu-ray and DVD's grandpa 1:50 Hey Bulldog (by the Beatles) 2:46 Cowabunga! Tubular Awesome! Need to add some pizza with ice-cream topping in the display, lol 6:24 you did it, you crazy son of the *beep* you did it 7:06 Jawsome! 8:08 Whatcha gonna do when the entire collection runs wild on you! 10:00 Sir, what you had there is what we refer to as a focused, non-terminal, repeating phantasm or a class-five full-roaming vapor. A real nasty one, too... 10:39 more screaming heroes with Hollywood monsters and the enemy of my enemy is my enemy and a cool mop... Lol 12:49 remember to put on the seat belts 15:22 my player busted long time ago, non of the repair man I know able to fix it now, bummer... 17:13 Wyld Stallyns rocks! These are amazing collections you got! Really step in the past of the awesome 80s and 90s!
Haha this made me smile so wide! Thanks Charlie, tremendous captions here, and great to see the Bulldog (Nala) got a mention. Thank you for the support my man👊
Hi Scott! I’m from Newcastle, I’m wondering if you could point me towards places I could find vintage turtles, ghostbusters and toxic crusaders… I’m looking to buy back my childhood collection haha
Thank you! I'm not sure of any regular vintage toy stores up there, but I would make sure you're following Tony from Uncle T's Toys and also Carl from Retro Cartel Collectables. Tony is in the Newcastle area and hosts toy auctions on FB and sometimes opens up his garage toy store for people to come and check it out (I filmed a toy hunt there late last year). Carl also joins Tony for his auctions and sells online. One more thing, in June, there will be a new Collector Con toy fair in Newcastle for the first time. Hope that helps!😎
Thanks very much mate, I appreciate that! The display cases are from a retail chain here in Australia called Fantastic Furniture. They're exactly the same height as a Detolf, they just have extra width which helps, but unfortunately they're not quite deep enough for me to to fit the TMNT Technodrome inside. I appreciate the support mate :)
@@ScottCrusher No thanks mate. Love vintage toys so every video and channel that feature that have my support. Thanks for the info bro. Yeah most display cases dont fit large vehicles and playsets. Sucks big time. Happy Holidays . Roy
Collectors definitely go after the same stuff, hence prices going up, but there are a lot of super popular toy lines that I am not really into: Star Wars, MOTU, GI Joe, Transformers, etc. Thanks for watching :)
So many beautiful wwf Hasbro figures
Thank you mate, love the Hasbros!!
Looks great, and very neat. I remember recording a ton of stuff on VHS, mostly Godzilla flicks, fun times! Thanks again for sharing!!
Cheers mate! Hell yeah, back in the day we always kept some tapes handy to throw in and record movies, wrestling, music videos and more! I actually just bought two new glass cabinets so once I get everything set up I'll make another video in this series. Appreciate the support Gazz!
Great looking collection. Some awesome titles amongst those VHS tapes too.
Thank you, I appreciate that! Starting to get more into the VHS, a lot of nostalgia for those tapes!
The room is looking good! Those Ninja Turtle figures bring back so many childhood memories. You're giving me the itch to start collecting again!
The Beef! Damn good to hear from you bud, hope you're doing really well. Haha well then mission accomplished, but I will say that it's a slippery slope!
Great collection and display. Awesome video.
Thanks very much Matt, I appreciate you support my friend!
Great collection and set up..!!!

Thanks Michael, I appreciate that!... and the dog would certainly appreciate it as well😂

DJ, thanks so much my man! Hahaha let's not talk about the hair, we're at day 100 of lockdown and I'm not game to cut my own hair🤣
@@ScottCrusher HaHa! Dang lockdown also here and my hair is of the Bigfoot! Too heavy even to walk around and no barbers open! HaHa!

Thanks heaps man! Of course, the glass cabinets are from a retailer here in Australia called Fantastic Furniture.
Awesome stuff bro
Thanks mate!
You have almost convinced me to start collecting..
Maybe starting with TMNT…
I will take that as a compliment! TMNT is a great place to start, even just the first wave of ten figures from 1988... if you look at the complete vintage TMNT line it can be overwhelming!
@@ScottCrusher haha yeah it was definitely a compliment :-) I was thinking that! I like the cross over quirky stuff too

You don't have any Mad Balls(Near impossible to find),and or few Nickelodeon products. Really like the crash test stuff and the vhs stuff.
