    Thank you for this tutorial. I really appreciated you explaining where to find things in menus, and taking the time to name the buttons you were clicking, and how the different components are linked. Very beginner-friendly!

    Thanks for this tutorial! However, I had an issue when bringing up anchor points in the video timeline for the first star layer. When I click "V" while selected on the mask it does not bring up any anchor points :(

    Thank you for this tutorial, I will try to use it with my own stars from my astrophotography trips, maybe tweak the masking to try and be a little more random. This is a great starting point, thank you :)

    8:06 the letter ? I've tried everything that rhymes with B V D E G C but I can't get those handles to resize the mask

    • @PrettyWebzMedia
      @PrettyWebzMedia  3 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      v to get to the move tool, if you don't see the transform controls (sometimes I call them anchors or handles) make sure to tick off "show transform controls" at the top of the screen while in the move tool (v)

    I get lost at 8:00 when I unclip the layer 1.. do i click the letter V after? the anchor points are not showing up . Thank you

    • @PrettyWebzMedia
      @PrettyWebzMedia  3 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      The letter v is a keyboard shortcut for the move tool. If anchors are not showing up when you press v, make sure “show transform controls” is ticked on the top bar.

    Followed the basic bit but after closing the animation (and saving it) how was it magically in your next image? Nevermind. It’s the smart object

    Could you share your computer information? Like brand, specs, storage space etc. I’m in the market for a Mac, but I just don’t know which one would be best to handle all of my graphic design needs. Thanks 😊

    • @PrettyWebzMedia
      @PrettyWebzMedia  4 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      Sure, it’s getting old and needs to be updated but I have a 2018 15in MacBook Pro with a 2.2ghz I7 processor and 16 gigs of memory. The graphics card is a Radeon Pro 555x 4GB. I have it set up with two 32” monitors, a Magic Mouse and a wireless keyboard that way I can use it as a desktop when I need it or take it with me. I can run Photoshop, my screen recording software (Camtasia) and Illustrator all at the same time with no problems but I’ve noticed some lagging lately. I also have the Touch Bar, which I never use so I would probably go without that next time. I’m sure the new versions of this computer are way better equipped. I don’t think you can go wrong with a Mac when it comes to graphic design, mine hasn’t let me down once.

      PrettyWebz Media Wow! That setup sounds awesome! I’m looking to get an iMac but I agree, Apple is quite reliable as it should be, given the price point. Thanks for taking the time to provide such a detailed response-it gave me a lot to consider. 😊

    My photoshop doesn’t have a video animation feature only the frame animation, please help

    • @PrettyWebzMedia
      @PrettyWebzMedia  3 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      To switch between frame and timeline, click the down arrow on the Frame animation Panel and choose the other option “Create video timeline” if you are working in an older version of Photoshop you may need an extension for the animation features.

      @@PrettyWebzMedia do you possibly know what the anchors are called so I can try to find them? Thank you so much!

    • @PrettyWebzMedia
      @PrettyWebzMedia  3 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      When you press v on the keyboard, if the transform tools or my made up word for them “anchors” don’t show up, just make sure the show transform tools tick box is selected at the top of the screen. This option should be available when you press v

    where is star brush ?

    • @PrettyWebzMedia
      @PrettyWebzMedia  3 ปีที่แล้ว

      There are star brushes in default brushes, if you are in Photoshop 2020 or later you have to load them from the brush panel
