OMG Wow!! just made this. It is as beautiful and complex as I remember in Mumbai. I didn't use too much oil for the initial fry off. after adding the yoghurt I added a cup of water so it didn't get dry while cooking. I also added lemon juice once plated to taste. very beautiful dish.

Yogurt toh white karahi may zror add karna ha, lakin agar ap kay pass cream nahi ha, toh ap us ki jagah par fresh doodh ki malai ka bhi istamal kar saktay hain, bus kheyal ya rakhna ha, kay ak toh malai bilkul ahkhir may karahi may shamil karni ha , aur dosra malai shamil karnay kay baad sirf ak minute ap nay chicken ko pakana ha aur flame ko off kar dyna ha...
Es tarah say bhi white karahi may creamy texture ah jay ga...

The recipe is delicious, but please try to write a description with the ingredients and method, so while cooking, it would be much easier to view the method. Otherwise, it's tiring to repeat an instruction again and again. And for that there's also a tension if I add something wrong.
Also try to shorten the mixing part. Just write for how much time we're gonna mix it. It takes half the time in the video. Thank you.
