Thank you! First of all, I am extremely ill with a chronic disease that WILL take my life. It is progressive and the last 6 months have been rough. My faith keeps me going. My prayer is not for healing but for the strength to deal with all I receive - a new illness, new symptoms and REALLY bad days. I know, beyond a doubt, that God has a plan for me. I may not understand WHY this is happening to me, but I trust the fact that it is His will for me. God is good, ALWAYS!
Heavenly Father, you are all-knowing and omnipresent. Please stay close to Lynda so that she knows beyond a doubt that you are with her. Please reduce her pain on those bad days. Thank you that Lynda is being faithful and sharing your faith. In Jesus’ name, Amen.
I prayed for a job, that I thought was perfect, but did not get it. Kept looking and praying, then ended up with a better job that paid much more. That "perfect " job I prayed for.......that company went out of business. I really feel that God spared me from all of that and led me on to where I needed to be.
I had a friend who prayed that her son would come back to Jesus. She prayed every day and said she had no doubt God would answer that prayer. She didn't see her prayer answered in her life, but her son returned to Jesus at his mother's funeral. God is faithful.
That's amazing! My mom prayed for my dad for years and years and she was a very Godly example. She never gave up and my father became a Christian at age 73. It was the most wonderful thing.
My paternal grandfather was an atheist. My grandmother & her kids went to church regularly, until they were at an age they were allowed to decide. My uncle & dad stopped going then. My dad was saved when I was a baby, so I’ve been blessed to always know my parents as Christians & was raised in a godly home to know my Heavenly Father. My dad prayed continuously for the salvation of his unsaved family. My grandfather died when I was in 2nd grade. At his funeral the pastor mentioned him being in the presence of God. My dad talked to him after the service & asked him if he knew something that he didn’t, because we had never heard anything about him being saved. The pastor was able to share with him that my grandfather had told him, on his deathbed, that he wanted to know the Jesus that his son knew. He accepted Jesus as his savior before he died & that has been such an encouragement to never stop praying for our loved ones. It’s not too late as long as there is breath in our bodies.
I have chronic disabilities, both my mother and husband are blind. I pray daily for the strength, to ask for help, and to accept it when offered. Our conditions are uncureable at the moment, but with God's grace, I still face the day with a smile and do all I can to make life good for others xxxxxxxxx
I want to add my prayers for each of you with chronic illnesses who are bravely struggling to keep your faith in God’s will. When I read the comments, I can’t help but feel empathy for each of you, especially those with terminal illnesses. I have chronic back pain but I feel blessed that so far it hasn’t affected my physical health to the point where I feel like I can’t go on. God bless you Diana for your prayers and faithfulness. 😊
Please pray for a friend of mine. She tripped in the garage last week and grabbed the saw table and cut her finger on the way down on table leg, broke her nose, got cement burns on neck and face, and impacted her teeth. She is a retired minister's wife. Her husband also keeps having ministrokes and he needs prayer also. Thank you.
My nephew Tom was diagnosed with glioblastoma (a cancer of the brain for which there is no cure). I’ve prayed Ps 91 faithfully for two years but last month his doctors said there are no more treatments available for the cancer. Very disappointing. 😢 So TFS today such wonderful words of encouragement. I was so depressed and really feeling like giving up. Many blessing and much love to you and your precious family🙏💕
When my sister became suddenly ill and was dying, I prayed and prayed and prayed. We all did. She died. Her children really struggled in their grief with why God didn't answer our prayers. I told them and firmly believe that God was with us during those horrible hours and days, helping us to be strong and make hard decisions and band together. A great deal of strength and comfort came to us as we needed. He didn't grant pur "wish," but he heard our prayers and gave us what we needed.
When my husband was diagnosed with terminal cancer at 42, I had to accept that his passing was part of a greater plan. It’s hard, but just like a parent sometimes provides hard lessons for their children because it will ultimately strengthen/benefit them, then we sometimes must accept that hard times provide a benefit. My husband did not believe in God, but I know he came to peace with him in the end. I have to believe his passing was for a greater purpose. But it’s hard. I also sometimes slightly hesitate to ask for wisdom in prayer, because it’s not typically something we come across easily 😅 And I feel it important to add, that prayer helped at a time that there was a darkness stalking my husband in his final hours. My in-laws had turned to the occult, out of desperation, in those final days and I think they unwittingly brought something bad to my husband’s bedside. Thankfully prayer sent it packing, as I remembered my father quoting Proverbs 18:10 “The name of the LORD is a strong tower; The righteous run to it and are safe.”
I've prayed & fasted many years for an estranged child. Thank you for taking the time to pray for all these prayer requests Diana. Thank you for making these videos.
Don’t give up praying for your child!!! Jesus hasn’t either!!!! I am a testimony of people not giving up on me and not stopping praying!!! I started a relationship with someone that wasn’t a Christian, thinking that I could bring them to Jesus. Nope, I walked away from my family, friends, church and the Lord. But after 10 years of being away from the Lord I woke up and felt in my spirit that there was more to life than this! I broke up with the guy and walked away and never looked back!!! About a year later I rededicated my life to Jesus and was baptized 6 months after!!!! Now almost 20 years later my relationship with Jesus is the strongest it’s ever been! And I’m continuing to become the woman of God He wants me to be!!!! Praying this encourages you!!!! 🙏❤️
I love this teaching, Dawn. I run into believers who struggle with prayers and delayed answers. You put together a comprehensive look: recognizing and reverence of God's goodness; outline of the Lord's prayer; the enemy in this world; perseverance in prayer. I love the simplicity and love you share through your message. God bless you!
God answered my prayers also! So glad He heard you too. It takes time for those reading this, steady faith my friends. Stay steady in faith! Thank you for this great, and encouraging message Diana, I appreciate you spreading the message.
James 4:15 also says "Instead you ought to say, “If the Lord wills, we shall live and do this or that.”" (NKJV) - in context, it's referring to *not* boasting about what you'll do tomorrow or next year - but I think it also refers to not assuming you know what's best for you. So, I do (often, but not always) pray "if it's Your will" - because as disappointing as things in this worldly life can be - sometimes God doesn't answer my prayers the way I think He should - because He knows what's best and He's in charge of everything. I believe that my reward will ultimately be in heaven, not here on earth, so if He doesn't heal me or someone else, I don't think He isn't hearing or answering my prayers. It was very difficult when my husband of 30 years passed away 4 years ago, but he was ready to go home to God, so that really helped me get through the grief of losing him, no matter how much I asked God to heal him/keep him alive. He's healed and alive with God.
I’m the person praying, praying and praying still experiencing chronic illness. In His time… I’ll be healed. Thank you for the encouragement- I needed to hear this.
Thank you for the encouraging words Diana. I just got your Declutter by faith study in the mail- really excited to begin. --Looking beautiful today, motherhood makes you sparkle.
Even though I am not a 'religious' person, I have grown to love Diana as much as Dawn from their interactions together and from back in the day, on the Sunday morning 'front seat videos', and it's amazing how knowing that Diana is praying for me just makes my day a little brighter. No wonder if followed you over here. I always seem a little more at ease when I have you talking in the background while I'm working. Thank you.
Thank you Diana , I needed to hear this today. My sister is seriously ill with cancer, and we are constantly praying for her. I appreciated this message so much .
I love your honesty! I’m the one taking notes on my phone & then distracted to start my grocery pickup 🤣! (Even worse…my husband is y pastor and an excellent preacher at that!! 😳). Thanks for all you do to teach & encourage! 🥰
This is so excellent Diana! My story is a very long one, but I prayed that God would yoke me to the person HE HAD CHOSEN (it’s someone I never would have picked 😂) but we’re coming up on 34 years of marriage. I’ve been chronically ill now for over 15 years, and I pray every minute for my wonderful spouse and caregiver, and for healing, if it’s HIS WILL. I’m so blessed. Thanks for this very important message.
I so needed to hear this today. My husband was diagnosed with lung cancer this week, and I've been praying, but not sure about my prayers. Thank you so much for airing this at the right moment for me. Love your Saturday devotionals.
Lynne, I’m praying right now for strength for your husband, a full healing and no lasting effects. Bless you both as you seek His Kingdom and walk in His peace and love. Many, many blessings and much love 💛🙏
Oh Diana - this was just what I needed. You make me laugh out loud, and also challenge me to go deeper with the Lord - best combination EVER!! Love you!
Thank you Diana. I needed to hear these words, His words spoken through you by the HS. Please pray for a breakthrough for me and my son. God's will be done! You have such a way of communicating scripture. Thank you from the bottom of my broken heart!❤ God Bless 😊
‘Prayer’s not ordering a pizza!’ (This was heard in our home a few times when our children were very young.) Dianna, Thank you for so clearly, relatably, & beautifully walking us through what prayer IS! (I’m listening a 2nd time!) ❤️& 🙏🏼ers for you & your precious ones as you approach a new season in your family!
You are so inspiring ❤️ and you have a truly gifted way from God of how you choose and express your words! Your delivery is so uplifting! Thank you for sharing your gift with us! ❤
Thank you, Diana, for such encouraging truth about our God and beautifully said!❤ A few years ago, I learned the truth that it is only in this life that we have the privilege (opportunity)of PLEASING our Father by having faith in Him, in every circumstance, believing He is doing what is best for us.
Oh Diana, I loved this. I needed this. You deliver the Lord’s messages with clarity, love, strength and humility. And just an aside, I need both a key and a clutch to get my vehicle going! And I love it; I work in concert with the engine. Like with God?!? Well, I am trying …. Bless you and your family Diana.
I’m listening to this one again… so encouraging! Thank you so for sharing what God leads you to share. Beautiful, healing words pointing us to our Savior!!❤
When my kids were little and asked why God didn’t answer their prayers, I would tell them that God has a lot of people praying to Him for a lot of different reasons, and that sometimes God answering our prayers depends on how he is answering the prayers of others. We’re all connected to one another. So, for example, if someone is praying for the conversion of their child, perhaps God has to put some things in place first before that prayer can be answered. We have to trust and believe in God’s wisdom and timing.
Thankyou Diana - your encouragement reaches throughout the world, a very thankful listener from Scotland. May our good God continue to help you serve in this really important way. 🌷
2:10... I hear so often sisters & brothers wondering which grave sin they have committed bc they are not healed after so much prayer. They were taught that if they prayed harder or did better then they would not have this affliction. I just want to hug these ppl and say, "no. We humans are so wrong about that..." In my own struggles I find myself treating God and prayer like a genie. If I rub the lamp the right way I'll be granted 3 wishes. 😅 Ha. I'm growing and learning forever. ❤
Sometimes, what we want isn't what God says we need. Everything is in His time and in His will. We are told in the Bible that we can come boldly to His throne to talk to Him. It doesn't have to be fancy, just talk to Him. He loves that! ❤️ Hebrews 4:16
Thank you so much for this message I was prayed for again at church (for healing) this morning and it has been long journey I know God is faithful as I have a similar story to you regarding marriage but I am waiting on God for healing. Thank you for the encouragement and your Godly wisdom ❤
Thank you so much for sharing and help us navigate though life , I live with pain all the time. I’m waiting on surgery since march. Thank you so much ☺️
Thank you Diana, you are definitely glowing with that baby! I agree, you and Dawn do look a lit alike! Of course you are twins! Blue is a good color on both of you! Praying for your pregnancy family and delivery!❤🎉😊
God chose my life partner 52 years ago, long before I had a relationship with God. GOD has said NO to me a few times in my life. Only looking back, can I say that GOD usually had something better in mind, to bless my family, which couldn't have happened if he had said yes to my wants. We cant see the whole picture of our lives, but it's great that GOD can. Thanks Diana for encouraging us Lizzie from Cheshire uk
Diana, what a wonderful message! I completely agree. Thank you for your ministry to us! By the way, can you share that wall color? It is gorgeous and I'm looking for a dark blue to paint my office... what you have looks so good!
Thank you for this message. This is very relevant to my life right now. It takes lots of faith to keep going and keep praying. But it's so worth it. I feel like the disciples when Jesus asks if they will go away, and they say, "to whom shall we go? You have the words of eternal life." However hard it is to keep praying, I'm so grateful to know God and be able to pray. To have nowhere to turn to would be so much harder. Also, thank you for your beautiful prayers. They truly touch my heart.
Thank you! What a wonderfully concise, clear and compassionate message that encompasses all people and all circumstances. I pray for blessings on you Diana for faithfully bringing this reminder to me today. I lift all of the people here who have illness, chronic, incurable illness and ask for peace, stillness and stresslessness in their lives. The illiminatiin of stress, the provision of all they need physically and spiritually all from our loving, heavenly Father, holy and above all. Thank you Father. Let your Kingdom cone down and touch earth, be done Your will. Amen and amen 🙏🏼
I read many years ago that Catherine Marshall (author who was married to preacher Peter Marshall) said she finally matured in her prayer when, instead of always asking God for things she wanted, she finally realized what her prayer should be: that God would help her to do what HE wanted! Also, I have heard that the 3 Responses God gives to prayer are: 1) yes 2) not right now 3) I have something better in mind for you. I love number three-then it all makes sense!
Prayer works, but the purpose of prayer is to draw closer to God and allow Him to change your heart. He isn't Santa. He's God and, therefore, is very aware of us. Oh, you just said Santa Claus!😂 Do we give our children everything they think they want that moment? No! Neither is He a genie, where you rub the lamp and get your wishes. The gospel is about loving. Not deserving, not wishes granted, not frustration. Just loving. You are awesome, Diana!
Thank you so much for making this video. I really needed this. It really spoke to my heart. I’ve been getting weary in my current situation in life. So thank you for this. It’s given me the strength to persevere in my prayers.

Praying in the powerful name of Jesus!!!!🙏❤️
A friend of mine prayed for his father’s salvation for over 30 yrs. His wife’s pastor father led him to the Lord. He was 89, the pastor father was 90!

God is still in the miracle business. Have you tried a dietary approach? Anthony Chaffer, M.D. has had people reverse cancer with a carnivore diet.

Just what I needed. This has been a HARD season. But! I’m trusting Him with all of it. Every disappointment. Every challenge.♥️
God's answer to our prayers is not answering our wish - it is His amazing plan for our future.
Beautiful!!!
❤❤❤
I love this teaching, Dawn. I run into believers who struggle with prayers and delayed answers. You put together a comprehensive look: recognizing and reverence of God's goodness; outline of the Lord's prayer; the enemy in this world; perseverance in prayer. I love the simplicity and love you share through your message. God bless you!
Thank you for this perfect outline! You are clearly one of the well focused note takers in church!!! 💛
We need to remember to try our best, and ultimately it's God's will and God's timing.
You are such a blessing!!!!!
Thank you. I needed this today.
I Pray for Your Family Regularly. ❤

Thank you for the encouraging words Diana. I just got your Declutter by faith study in the mail- really excited to begin. --Looking beautiful today, motherhood makes you sparkle.

Such good encouragement today.
Sometimes God’s answer is yes, and sometimes no, and the hardest thing is often when God wants us to wait for Him to act on our behalf.
I love your videos. Your teaching and knowledge are wonderful and just what I need. I love that you pray at the end. God bless you. 💜

Thank you so much for this message I was prayed for again at church (for healing) this morning and it has been long journey I know God is faithful as I have a similar story to you regarding marriage but I am waiting on God for healing. Thank you for the encouragement and your Godly wisdom ❤

🔑 in the car! YEP! 🤣
Thank you, Diana! This is exactly what I needed to hear.
Amen! Wonderful message!
Thank you so much for sharing and help us navigate though life , I live with pain all the time. I’m waiting on surgery since march. Thank you so much ☺️
Thank you, Diana. I needed this. And thanks for reminding me to pray for my husband and our marriage.
There has to be compassion coupled with prayer for healing.
Oh Diana, this is lovely. Thank you. God bless you and your family.❤️✝️
Thank you. God has led me to both you & Joyce Meyer. Thank you for your words and supporting my journey of faith. God bless you..Maria UK. 💕
Thank you Diana, you are definitely glowing with that baby! I agree, you and Dawn do look a lit alike! Of course you are twins! Blue is a good color on both of you! Praying for your pregnancy family and delivery!❤🎉😊
Great message, thank you! And thank you for your prayers that always touch my heart.
What a wonderful and encouraging message. Thank you Diana!
Thanks Diana for encouraging us

Thank you! Blessings 🤗💞
This was SOOO GOOD Diana! 🙌🏽🙏🏽
I just love your posts. I really need these. Thanks so much
My aunt prayed for 45 years before her son was saved!
Thank you, Diana!❤
Isaiah 60:22 - When the time is right, the Lord will make it happen.
Thank you Diana for sharing this!
Amen.
Thank you.
May God bless you all….
THANK YOU Diana!!😊
I read many years ago that Catherine Marshall (author who was married to preacher Peter Marshall) said she finally matured in her prayer when, instead of always asking God for things she wanted, she finally realized what her prayer should be: that God would help her to do what HE wanted!
Also, I have heard that the 3
Responses God gives to prayer are:
1) yes
2) not right now
3) I have something better in mind for you.
I love number three-then it all makes sense!
Thank you this is amazing
thank you
Thank you Diana for your encouraging message!
Prayer works, but the purpose of prayer is to draw closer to God and allow Him to change your heart. He isn't Santa. He's God and, therefore, is very aware of us. Oh, you just said Santa Claus!😂
Do we give our children everything they think they want that moment? No! Neither is He a genie, where you rub the lamp and get your wishes. The gospel is about loving. Not deserving, not wishes granted, not frustration. Just loving.
You are awesome, Diana!
Healing is always God's will for us since He clarified it in Psalm 103:3. One less thing to be concerned about. " I will heal all your diseases."
Thank you so much for making this video. I really needed this. It really spoke to my heart. I’ve been getting weary in my current situation in life. So thank you for this. It’s given me the strength to persevere in my prayers.
Amen, this was encouraging
