Double Dragon would have to be my pick. I have a lot of good memories playing that game with my cousin. Gonna miss these mystery unboxings but I understand wanting to get games that you want to play
Yeah they are fun to do, Just do not have the space or even time to even play all the games that i get. Still will be exciting pick ups in the future though. Thanks for the comment!
I agree, I was just going off what price chart price average was for the game. I bet you could buy it cheaper if you looked. Heck I got Double Dragon II for a cheaper price and I hear that is better then the first game. Thanks for the comment!
You dont need to worry about not having unboxings on your channel. Your video about what video games you were gettijg rid of and why was one of my favorite videos yet.
Yeah, I have heard of them, I almost signed up at one point but I think something spooked me off from doing so. Just the lack of videos and the fact I could not use PayPal on their website. I will be waiting to see how the service grows. Thanks for the comment!
Finally getting around to watching this! A shame this will be your last box (for a while) but I understand you gotta do what you gotta do. RIP Air Pillow! It gave its life in the line of duty to protect those games. Let's have a moment of silence. Mario & Luigi-Ooh strong first game! That's a fun game! Most likely the pick of the box! Tony Hawk-The PlayStation version is great, the GBC version I don't have high hopes for being good but it might prove me wrong. Double Dragon-Ooh that's also a great game! I do think 2 was better but 1 is still good. Dang that's really unfortunate that game came broken I would love to say this was a really good box between Double Dragon and Mario RPG . But considering that a $40 subscription gave you a $17 is REALLY lowballing you. I would've requested an additional game from them to make up for it. AND also the fact that your BIG game out of the box doesn't even work, dang you got a $10 box basically. I would request a couple games to make up for your low valued box and broken game. I guess if you were to end a subscription, this would be the box to end it on, a box so disappointing and lackluster that you'll never want to resub again anyway.
I still overall Like Retro Game Treasure better the Video Games Monthly. Pretty much what it came down to is just my collecting method has change. Mystery Boxes are fun but alot of the games I get, I know i have not plans to touch or just some kind of filler for me. I dont need a collection built on filler. I want to build a small but sweet collection for me. Plus my storage space is limited. I still did get some amazing things over the half of year i did it for. Thanks for watching!
@@virosvault5152 For sure RGT is leagues above VGM, but I got annoyed that you seemed to have gotten screwed over on these last couple of boxes from them that’s all. And I don’t blame you for changing your method. I try to keep that the same for me, games I actually want to play, or games that I can see being played on the channel at some point. I definitely have a few filler games in my collection but a lot of them are games I want to play or are at least curious to try.
Nintendo Wii and handheld systems seem to be the worst platforms to get games for from these services. Very high likelihood of getting crap. I suggest removing the handheld stuff, and giving Video Games Monthly another chance.
That is a fair look at it. I have herd that before, However if that is the case, they should strive to be as good on them systems as they do on other systems. Some people might only have handheld or want handheld. I might give them a chance later, It should not be up to the customer to request specific stuff to get a better box. I stopped both boxes mainly due to having enough to play. I need to play the games i have. lol I imagine even what i pick up on my own will make me have a bigger backlog. lol Thanks for the comment.
I do not have a big opinion on that system cause i have not had any games for it until now and i never had the system in my life. So i do not have much to say about it from just lack of it being apart of my childhood. I typically am not interested in handheld systems as much as home consoles.
That looks like a great collection behind you, thanks for posting!
Glad you enjoyed the video, Thanks for commenting!

I love Tony Hawk 3 for the GBA. That was one of my first games I paid for with my allowance back in the day. Cool box!
Nice, it’s awesome to have memories like that! Thanks for the comment.
A loose double dragon for $13.99 is absolutely insane. Its gotta be one of the most common nes games.

Thank you, Glad you enjoyed the video. Thanks for the comment!
Great video
Happy you enjoyed!
You could start some thing where you go to a game store like disc replay like we have in Indy and look for games in a game haul.
That is indeed true, Just depends how i would feel recording in the public. haha. Thanks for some ideas!
@@virosvault5152 You can have a camera kind of hidden, and do a voice over afterwards.
Yeah, that is a possibility. Haha
There is another service out there that promises at least the value of the box up to a $115 I believe it is called gg retro box

Gameboy advance sadly has a ton of shovelware ds is worse
That is so true, I get why they send them, Just wish they would be a little more picky on how they build their boxes. That is all. haha

The DS is way worse, like on the level of the Wii lol
