Whats crazy is that the Celtics did this while having a fully healthy KP for just 2 full games in the playoffs. Obviously he has a reputation of injury, but even with his injuries they dominated. Let that dude be healthy for a full series, and they practically unbeatable

For real. It was that Miami series - refs let the Heat dive at KP's legs over and over and over, no calls, no action, and wouldnt you know it? He got hurt. It's astonishing how many 'what if ____ hadnt gotten hurt playing Miami?' anecdotes there are in the modern NBA.

This pod don’t get enough love
It's funny how the argument is that Boston had a cake walk through the playoffs with their opponents' team injuries. They never bring up the Celtics' big injury of KP. KP only played 2 full games in the playoffs, yet they dominated 16-3 postseason. KP was the X-factor of this team. With his shooting beyond the arc and spreading the floor, in addition to his defensive prowess. He was a walking cheat code. You seen him on Game 1 against the Mavs. KP is a matchup nightmare for most starting centers. Boston should definitely be the favorite for next year. The 2 Jays are 26 & 27 respectability. KP, D-White, PP, Hauser, and Tillman are all under 30 years of age. They should have a 3-5 years championship if they can keep the team intact.
