That is amazing that your grandson is learning to sound out words. You have every right to brag on him. I love your little hexagon and diamond shaped pieces. They will be beautiful made into a blanket or throw. 🧶💜🙏🏻
Hi Terri, I loved your scrap basket, your diamond motifs for a blanket & of course I love your fillet baby blanket squares. I think they are making babies smarter these days, at three years spelling out words, that’s exciting ❤. Looking forward to your video tomorrow. Always lovely to see & hear what you have done & what you are doing. Cheers for now 🥰👏❤️💕🤗
Hi Terri, love the diamond blanket! So much I've got the pattern! Our grandbabies are growing up way too fast. Daisy is in full time nursery at the school she will be attending. Because she was in private nursery before she's really good at taking commands (not commands as such but you know what I mean!) from the teachers and is confront of quite a few of her peers. She often calls o tell us about whatcha has been doing. Her imagination is quite vivid. Have a great week. xxJane 🐑🌼
Hi Terri, again you’ve really made something out of scraps. I love the diamond shapes. Also I love the hexi’s as well. Doing a great job! You inspire me every week! Enjoy your evening.
That little scrap basket is so cute!! I just love those hexi squares!!! So pretty. Oh I love the diamond shapes! Love the grand baby stories, thanks for sharing. My youngest grandsons live in Florida and we don't get to see them but maybe once a year. I miss that. They are now 11 and 8. We have two older grandsons that live in Ky who are 26 and 29. We don't get to see them very much either. Enjoy the time with them, they grow up way too fast. 🙂🥰😘😍❤
Love your basket! I made scrappy pumpkins with a variagated & 2 solid and it was stiff & harder. I decided next one I would try 2 strands. Now I think I may do some baskets for projects. The star wars characters are so cute!!❤😊 Your grand baby is awesome! Love the other projects!❤
Awesome that your grandson is learning the phonetic sounds of letters as it makes it much easier to sound out words. He's doing great! Very exciting! Good idea to crochet the basket with scraps! Awesome to see your progress with the diamonds! Yes, I'm doing it for my FIF project which I started last week. I chuckled when I saw your stitch marker in exactly the same row as where I put mine to remind me when to stop increasing! Yes, I'm using up my scrap yarn too. I've done one of the 1/2 diamonds which grows quickly. I'm thinking I may also crochet the flower squares to get rid of even more scraps. Currently I'm also crocheting scrap cat blankets using C2C silt stitch with DK yarn & 6mm hook, so it grows fast. 🥰Blessings from South Australia💕🐨
Hi Terri, your basket is so cute. The diamonds will make a great blanket and will use up those scrap balls. I look forward to seeing your preemie hat round up. Have a great weekend 😁
The joining of the diamonds isn't so difficult. She makes you do a border around the diamond that consists of two hdc per post on the side. With ch1 in between the posts. And you are right, the website is Dutch. But the content is in English.
You have every right to brag. Your grandson is one smart little boy. A friend of mine taught her girls to read very early, and those girls were excellent students all the way through college. I love your hexis, and the diamonds are gorgeous too! I'll see you again tomorrow!
Aww,sounds like ur daughter in law is doing a great job 👏🏽 teaching him🎉 I wonder if she uses Teach Your Child To Read In 100 Easy Lessons? Because its a great curriculum and kids learn to read fast!😊
How cute your Grandson is. So precious. I enjoyed your company.

Hi Terri, I make a lot of wheelchair lapghan’s. The standard size is 30” by 40”. You don’t won’t it to wide or the lapghan gets caught in the wheels.
Love the diamonds I may try them
I did one of the filet squares tonight and it turned out pretty. I’ll have to put a picture on your instagram page. I love it

Not sure what she is using. I used Hooked on Phonics when I taught my boys.
