I'm 45 now and in my days there bulk drugs were brought from the all the flats around Melbourne and sold on the city streets around China town across the road from the old night club called hard candy in and around the old pinball arcades with uses to cause all sorts of really bad shit. I saw a dealer once get rolled for a cap and was stabbed and cut up all his arms from a guy fresh out of prison as I spoke to the stabber that told me that and I spoke to the dealer who stayed and keep deal saying his going to finish selling. Then he said he'll go to hospital after so I assumed he was to bad then. If you don't know what a cap is it's heroin put into small water balloons and then they used to keep about 10 caps in there mouths to sell and if under cover cops grab them they would swallow them so they couldn't get busted and then later they would drink a hole heaps of water then make them selves throw up and all the drug caps would come back up. I got out of the gangs and decided to travel Australia and look for a better place to live and the last 20 yrs of my life have been great. Why government giving thieving unemployed lazy addicts free money? Should be teaching them tough lessons not giving them free money, reward hard working honest people not these
Is Richmond actually dangerous? The only times I go there are after football matches when I've had 10 beers and have no sense of self-responsibility but it always seems fine. Maybe it's specific back alleys you have to walk down to get into dodgy areas?
Aay we built the green pole fence out the front and side of that place. Constantly working around needles on the ground and watching your car like a hawk. Was afew that kicked off every now and then but most were just too interested in getting their "takeaway" bags with needles and cotton in it for injecting elsewhere. Later on one of the staff was caught selling heroin out of the place.
worked there as a security guard for a short amount of time - just became to much saw to much death, first response on scene ,off the campus within the car park I was always against its location but money is money - got into a lot of punch ons as well could tell you alot
Shit, I was just thinking of Mernda and how it's proximity to my location influences the seedy druggo element. End of line stations, a means to bring the drugs, people and associated crime and violence to your town. I think I may have seen him and his mate too. They do stand out like the proverbial.
I have heard Richmond has reverted back to the 90s. I know that drugs have always been there, just like anywhere really, but I'm referring to the surge in the popularity of H. Is it F as well now, plus the usual M? Smith Street Collingwood used to be/is bad, used to get asked if I wanted to score H outside Coles.
My mum use to get on the smack here I know all the places they would sell it and where the dealers would hang out to where they use to shot up even to where you could buy needles from 6 to 18 I grow up around this. Mum used to go here every day for years and the toweres they had there where bad

Never played footy but four or five AFL clubs wanted to recruit him because of his charisma. I know for one that I looked at a thieving, unemployed junkie and thought how charismatic he was and what an asset he would be at any AFL club.
😂
Why government giving thieving unemployed lazy addicts free money? Should be teaching them tough lessons not giving them free money, reward hard working honest people not these
@@brendanbrown3279 yeah stealing from the club and supporters
Bro, i used to live there before moving to franga in 2002, them towers are hell.
Man, and you survived
@@TJ_OFFICIAL_MELB Fast on my feet ayy bro 🤣
Lol Richmond's been like that for decades and y'all think shits new ....
Around the corner is a rehab called the Melbourne clinic where the residents are often outside smoking. Talk to them
Thanks I will
Is Richmond actually dangerous? The only times I go there are after football matches when I've had 10 beers and have no sense of self-responsibility but it always seems fine. Maybe it's specific back alleys you have to walk down to get into dodgy areas?
Nothing is dangerous after 10 beers 🍺
Aay we built the green pole fence out the front and side of that place. Constantly working around needles on the ground and watching your car like a hawk. Was afew that kicked off every now and then but most were just too interested in getting their "takeaway" bags with needles and cotton in it for injecting elsewhere.
Later on one of the staff was caught selling heroin out of the place.
lol staff turned dealer!?
@Mr_tj007 yeah they got one that I remember seeing all the time, I think more also got charged with drug trafficking.

@@TJ_OFFICIAL_MELB great video by the way mate!!

Yes ………………
worked there as a security guard for a short amount of time - just became to much saw to much death, first response on scene ,off the campus within the car park I was always against its location but money is money - got into a lot of punch ons as well could tell you alot
Damn bro, love to hear it
0:14 ive seen this bloke before, you will sometimes bump into him with another old guy using the Mernda train station route to Flinder Street.
Ah no way!
Shit, I was just thinking of Mernda and how it's proximity to my location influences the seedy druggo element. End of line stations, a means to bring the drugs, people and associated crime and violence to your town.
I think I may have seen him and his mate too. They do stand out like the proverbial.
Go to Broadmeadows, was sketchy back in the day ,not sure about now.
Done a few weeks ago
Dosnt matter where it is , the drugs these days , cheap and nasty , Makes older ex Heroin user's look lucky to escape the Devil inside of you .
Yeah the H days, everyone was asleep .. now it’s like the walking dead with schizophrenia

Not sure about the F.. but it will eventually happen, unfortunately
Yes it's Melbournes last open market pretty much

Great investment of our tax money paying for their lives.
Yep
its my experience that Fent ans thylazine are present in the gear today. these using centres should test and release stats on purity and contaminants.
Fentanyl is in the gear? Had no idea
@@TJ_OFFICIAL_MELB well that's anecdotal from me. But the purpose of these centre's is supposedly safety so why are they not doing a test on all gear as it's used and release the data on % that is contaminated.
Yes it's in gear... how much of it and what extent is the issue.
Most definitely can be not in just opiates but cocaine MDMA.
Nitazenes is what there more worried about there's been clusters of overdose deaths
Fentanyl was not strong enough for China
Nitazenes make fentanyl look weak
