I'm not someone who got bullied but I respect this man the veins you all see are the results of punching and its also good to wear something on the hands but if you try it barehanded on the first try to go slow because even if you don't get hurt your skin will become red from the knuckles maybe you can get a little cut but that doesn't matter it'll make your hands more rigid and strong and also try to use a wrist supporter it'll help actually

Duke, I thought maybe an old army duffel bag might be good and would hold up to the abuse. Also, the grommets and clip would be great to hang it up. Awesome video!

I don´t live in USA, here in Uruguay I never heard about that, also its not only a beach, it´s a Natural Balneario (Look it up) with a lot of sand everywhere
+Luis Pedro Mendiondo To make an extended bag for kicking, you'll want to build a long vertical core for the bag. That's actually where the sand goes, for the weight. By using a pipe for the core, the bag won't bubble in the manner that this one does, and will maintain it's vertical length. I recommend going to a hardware store and look for the largest diameter pvc pipe you can find, or even multiple pipes if you can't find the one big enough. If you use multiples, bundle them together until they form the roundness you desire, and spend time bundling them with duct tape carefully. You can establish the weight of the bag by weighing it on a simple scale, filling with sand as you go. Then wrap the pipe in one layer of foam batting, and duct tape. IMPORTANT. Befor you proceed, run two ropes under the base of the pipes, taping them into place. They should cross over the bottom of the bag like ribbons on a christmas present. These ropes will cradle the bag, running from the bottom to the top to form the loop that you hang the bag with. After the rope is situated, add several layers of foam. Wrap these layers with duct tape as tightly as you can to compact the foam; that will give you the satisfying feel of punching a real heavy bag. Add layers of foam until it's soft enough- If you're an experienced kickboxer you might want it to be more firm, especially around the base where you'll be kicking. I would then recommend using canvas to line the bag and protect the structure. A custom bag is easy to sew. If that seems too difficult, use several layers of duct tape. The ropes from the rope cradle can then be tied together at the top to form a loop that you can hang the bag with. I recommend 50 lb for a starter bag.
Ik it’s late but for people reading now DO NOT USE SAND once you hit it enough it will compress and be ad hard as a rock and can break your hands even will a glove on

Rarely use gloves or handwraps and my arms and legs get tougher every time, maybe some minor bleeding from the friction and bruised knuckles but don't really care, i prefer using hand wraps when there's too much pressure on my wrist. Must say my hands really toughened up since i started

Watch Rocky put his body and weight into punches. guard with your shoulders lots of punches he took glancing on his shoulder and jaw . the shoulder took the brunt of it and they talked about an iron jaw. Bob at the knees don,t lean at the waist, and for beginners - keep your hands up and tap your cheeks with gloves after every punch or set of punches. work with 2 or 3 bags in a triangle - get them swinging! cuts down on tunnel vision and helps with your foot work. It helps to put a stick ( preferably a u shaped one )with a foam roll around it , taped heavy with furnace tape across the top of the bag for blocking arms, punches, grabs. . Practice a combination for instance a jab/ straight/cross/uppercut . Put as much speed as possible on it and leave the punch in the bag for a split second with your weight sinking it in. then SNAP it back! Bob and weave - inside then out- to the next bag ect. ect. Tap your cheeks with both hands between every set -now do this 100 times. Think you know about a work out- crawl/ walk/run! wear deodorant! please! work up to 1000X and you got it my friend! Now do something different - work up to MANY times don,t worry so much about tapping your cheeks with both gloves now. If you haven,t started sparring at this point - -? You can NEVER develop timing without a real person as good or better than yourself. So welcome to the real world.

You can use sand, it's the same. For making it longer I'd recommend a longer bag or making the string adjustable.
