Just did the front and rear brakes on a 2014... Fronts as easy as your video. Instead of laying the bike on it's side, for the rears, just remove the 2 Allen Bolts which hold the caliper. Loosen the 8mm pin-bolt prior to removing the 2 allen bolts. Way easier to install the spring clip in the rear caliper.
Go to Harbor Frieght and get a bike jack, get the grey one with the long t-handle , that what I use on my Roadmaster, good vid, better than the others I've found.

So...What was the torque spec?
Why didn't you just take off the whole caliper squeeze back the cylinders with your finger then slide in the pads. Replace caliper. DONE
Warmed up brake pads!! Ha!
