Rockstar managed to remain amazing despite the terrible performance by Nargis. It doesn't belong on this list because it was so good that even the lead actress's awful expression and dialogue delivery couldn't ruin it.
I actually liked Nargis in rockstar. She gets way too much hate for it. Her acting wasn’t horrendous but it hit the mark
For me Besharam, Jab Harry Met Sejal and Main Prem Ki Deewani Hoon are the guilty pleasure of Ranbir Kapoor, SRK and HrX, And both 3 of them are my fav actors from Bollywood.

Lal singh chadda was boycotted by the hypocritical audience who then soared into the theatres for movies like sooryavanshi and then when they get back home they cry on how bad bollywood has become when they themselves would never go watch movie like joram, lakshya, sonchiriya and then call them underrated after they bomb at the box office. Its the audience's fault that bollywood has become so limited.

@@NightRiderTV Amir Khan last films was bad especially thugs of Hindustan after which he fell off he made lal singh chada which we all know is a copy of a Hollywood film forest gump he hasn't made anything in a while which isn't terrible or a sasti copy of Hollywood film.

Pankaj Tripathi is a natural actor like Nawazuddin Siddiqui. Where the character becomes different shades of Pankaj Tripathi instead of Tripathi becoming the character. Also he has limitations in playing a wide range of characters.
The biggest mistake he did with the Atal movie was that he tried to become Atal, and instead, it became a caricature. He should have let Atal become Pankaj and internalize the role instead of externalising.
The best example is Mohanlal in Iruvar(one of the greatest Indian movies ever made), where he played a complex political character like MGR. Mohanal is an out and out natural actor. So, instead of becoming and risking caricaturing MGR, he let MGR become Mohanlal and completely internalized the role.
Besharam would have good for Allu Arjun humor in south movie adaptation

If you understand the theme and situation of the film or how actor delivers in a particular scene then you can differentiate good acting and bad acting. Exhibition of inconsistent expressions or over the top gestures can also help you differentiate.

I disagree with Aamir in TOH. Firstly, the film was not very bad, it's just outdated and not appropriate as per Aamir's track record of film choices, that's what was upsetting for the audience. As for his performance, it was definitely not one of his finest performances, but the best in the film as compared to others.
TOH was actually a fun movie
But again it become outdated at that time

Totally agreed. I really liked Randip, Kartik and Arushi’s performance. I always like İmtiyaz Ali’s film ambience regardless of how much people hate the movie.
I think the problem was that Sara was the main focus of the movie. For example. Nargis was terrible in Rockstar, but we don't really remember/care about it much, since Ranbir was exceptional in that one. Now imagine if Ranbir was terrible in that movie. No matter how amazingly any actress could have performed Heer's role, the movie wouldn't have the cultural relevance it has now without Jordan's performance being so amazing.
Randeep even made the scenes with Sara more bearable. The scene between Randeep and Kartik was genuinely amazing, and so were the flashback parts. But ultimately, Sara was the focus of the movie. Which makes it hard to look past her terrible performance and appreciate the rest.
Sujay reu in recently launched shrimad ramayan on sony tv is doing 1000 times better as shri ram compared to what prabhas did

Nargis Fakhri in Rockstar was a massive movie spoiler for me....Her expressions and dialogue delivery were so bad and didn't match the dubbing voice at all. Otherwise Rockstar was a great movie

Rajkumar Rao in The White Tiger. On one side when Adarsh Gourav got the love and praises everybody expected Rajkumar Rao would also get the same but he was so annoying with that accent in that film. A wonderful actor but till date The White Tiger is his worst performance according to me.

Besharam was a badly written and a badly directed film, Ranbir couldn't have given more to that character, he did exactly what he was asked to do.

Panipat movie ki story itni acchi hai books me ki bawal film banti... Pr average director aur bad main actors ka kamal ki film acchi hokar bhi flop nikli
1. Ashutoshs choice of Arjun Kapoor itself was wrong. So its not just bad acting but bad casting too.
2. Thugs of Hindustan was a terrible movie. Bad story and extremely poor screen play, dialogues. Nobody would have been able to save it.
3. Besharam, Saina,Coolie no. 1, Mrs. Serial killer, Love Aaj Kall 2, The killer, was extremely poor acting.
4. Best not talk about Adipurush. It had multiple things going wrong for it.
5. As for Atal, Pankaj Tripathi is not a great imitator agreed. But it was needed to make the role/ character/ person more believable.

I think director and writer distroyed those movies , if they are capable then they can extract necessary acting from those talented actors. A good story with a bad director leads to a bad movie.
