    When he says the part of your body that occupies space in space.....Am I trying to visualize those parts of my body out in outer space like floating out there away from the physical body? It's confusing for me. Thank you🙏

      In the meditation, when Dr. Joe Dispenza refers to the parts of your body that occupy space in space, it is not necessarily about visualizing your body parts floating in outer space. Instead, it is an invitation to bring your awareness to the physical sensations and volume of each body part, recognizing that they exist within the space surrounding you.
      For example, when you are prompted to feel the space that your arms occupy in space, you can simply bring your attention to the sensation of your arms, their weight, and the volume they take up in the room. It's about becoming attuned to the physicality and presence of each body part, rather than visualizing them in outer space.
      If visualizing your body parts floating in space feels confusing or challenging, you can focus more on sensing the physical sensations and space they occupy within your immediate environment. The goal is to cultivate a deeper connection with your body and increase your present-moment awareness.
      Remember, meditation experiences can vary from person to person, so it's important to find an approach that resonates with you and feels comfortable. Feel free to adapt the instructions to suit your own understanding and preferences.
