Have my 70s 300 and my Grandfather's and Father inlaws. 4 total and a 308. Thank You for your efforts in this. The Memories fishing with both of them wonderful. Going to clean service them and put on new Rods.

Took apart my dads old 300 today thanks to your video . Completely seized it was. Really tough to pull apart where the main brass gears are but got it done.

Thanks for the vid, more light is needed to show the placement of the washers inside the head etc.

I have a bunch of old reels like that. My dad never got rid of anything. I always take one with me as a back up reel.

Hello friend, I want to congratulate you for your video about the fishing machine.
I have had the same machine since 1968. I got it as a gift from my uncle, so now I want to ask you something, you must know more about the fishing machine.
How many meters of thread does it collect on the reel, if it is of the following thicknesses of fishing line, for example: from 0.18 mm., 0.20 mm., and 0.23 mm.
If you know, I will ask you for an answer, if not, then I will ask one of your fans for this question. You can also point me to a website, where I can read about this question of mine.
    GREETING

im not sure but if i had to guess 6 pound test at 150 yards and 8 pound test at 125 yards and 10 pound test at ummm like maybe 100 yards those are rough guesses if i had to guess i don't have a chart to go bye with with this reel on the account its so old using it with monofilament fishing line don't ask me what mm of braaied line it takes i have no clue hope this helps you out
