- Actraiser Stage 13: Death Heim.
Recorded on ZSNES.
Inspired by LufiaSelan.
NO TOOLS
NO HIT
One Savestate between the six bosses and Tanzra, in case the video got too long. Plus, who wants to fight six bosses again because of one lucky shot? I sure don't.

Hello to everybody winding up here thanks to Actraiser 2021 :P
Such a cool run this is!
Ha ha, wow, I'm definitely checking out ActRaiser Renaissance too, but I never imagined it would bring people to my ancient vid. Cheers!
Can't believe we kill Satan in this game.
Wow, I do have to say that I was having trouble beating Death Heim, and this definitely helped me get down the general strategies for the bosses. Your video was much more helpful than GameFAQs! Lol!
wtf that's literally soul blazer interface and sound effects
The "Gaia trilogy" of Soul Blazer, Illusion of Gaia and Terranigma is considered a spin-off of ActRaiser and were all made by the same developer, Quintet, between 1990 and 1995.
Super nes the best console of time .
No, but I checked it out and I wish I had. I may look into finding a ROM later, once I get through my current To Play list.
Such good skill. He killed the wizard before his transformation and defeated the ice dragon by using the sphere magic than using the cheese fire asteroids to spam the boss.
Seriously: you are the best Act Raiser player on the Planet.
Thank you for your video! A huge hug from Italy!
How is he using that magic so cheaply?
I have to applaud anyone who managed to complete this game. I used to take such a pounding getting to the final boss that I never could complete it :(
After years I finally did. That tree is a hell of a stage
A very good game this is, I remember that I got into acts in the wrong order :P
A class Act. Get it....?
incredible !!!

I'm lost, when/how did you get the beam sword powerup against the final boss?
You just have it in that fight. Rule of cool I guess.
@@TheOtherCless Having lived halfway through a life that's cool, I confirm things like this happen quite often, as per say the "rule of cool".
Magical Aura really is an awesome spell, isn't it? Stardust is okay, but Aura is more consistent, if you time the cast right.
I remember just face tanking all the hits from these bosses and I only used my magic on the bird boss and and the floating guy with the spike pits. I did lose a life once before facing final boss, and lost a 2nd during the final boss because needed full HP to tank the hits.
Avarice is one of the best boss themes
You get the magic power he’s using on Marahna you spam lightning on the right wing to get it
I was playing on the Normal difficulty. If you play on Expert he only takes 1 point of damage per hit.
Oh my god... please dont tell me that I can't switch difficulty now, because I've made it all the way to Tanzra and am only able to deal single hit point damage so I must deduce by your comment that I am playing on Expert and I REEEEEEALLLY don't want to play the entire game all over again. But.. how do you switch diifficulty? Its not even in the manual.
@@Egobyte83 Actually when i was playing on easy i also did only one point damage
you both probably played the europe version, in which you only deal 1 hp per hit to tanzra in that last battle
You are flawless at this game man, i already passed the game but im going to play it again using your strategies to feel like a god....
awesome! great job. i tried death heim many times and failed, your video will be helpful. but how did you get 6 lives to start with? i only get 3. but all my towns are maxed out, there is nothing else to do.
You gotta collect the sources of life throughout the game, save them for this stage. This is something that won't be realized in a first playthrough, though. GL!!
This whole game seems to be a whole mix of Asian and European mythology.... Representations..Fillmore- Central Europe, Bloodpool- Perhaps medevial England, Kasandora- Egypt/Middle East, Marahna- SE Asia, Aitos-Japan, Northwall- Scandinavia
I don't use any tools or cheats, like it says in the video info. Just a lot of practice and filming until I get it right. Anyone should be able to copy the strategies demonstrated in the video and do well.
@AustrianFilmGeek There is a "Source of Life" in Fillmore, Bloodpool, Kasandora, and Northwall. Use the Compass in Fillmore, Rain magic on the north end of the lake in Bloodpool, Earthquake in Kasandora (after you find the pyramid), and Lightning on the Temple in Northwall. This should give you seven lives (I missed the one in Northwall on this playthrough since I wasn't going to die anyway!)
He transforms at 50% health. If you notice, I took him from 50% +1 down to 0 in one attack. If you can pull this off, it bypasses his transformation! You can still see the transformation in my Bloodpool Act 2 video where I failed to kill him by 1 point.
@LanceWisteria great, thanks! now i will beat Tanzra for sure! :)
I would actually save the aura magic for the Marahna boss and the Ice Dragon, but nice playing there, bro D:
Nice. I always wished they had a boss rush sort of thing for the other bosses in the game though. Anyone else agree?
very nice, I can't quite do it without any damage sustained, but I can normally do it without losing a life. well played!
Just play all time and look how boss move for c'ant beat not damage is simple !!!
So nice to see the clear skies at the end with the"death heim clear!" and the music.
why i have only stardust ?? :(
Maybe because you played the Arcade Version. In the full game in "sim mode" you can find upgrades for the master during towns building or using miracles in some areas. Those items are "Source of Magic", and "Source of Life"
You Sir, are a LEGEND!!!
Glad to be of service.
I remember this game from the n64 version, i could of swore that didnt the boss at 0:57 change to another form towards the end of defeation. i thought it was like a werewolf man or some creature
n64 version?
I don't feel like I deal as much damage per hit to Tanzra as you.
Yeah. You're dealing double damage.
