I find using the air force dryer a lot of these matts move away from the skin and then are quite easy to remove. I understand that goes against most folks thinking but it has worked beautifully for me. I am in no way a professional groomer but I do all of my Persians and Himalayans grooming myself.
I do not wet bathe so need for a dryer, but thanks for sharing the info. Glad to hear you do all your own pusscats yourself. They have a loving, caring Mum.
