My idea was to use only the red ribbon . Fold to have a 3/4 inch length. Glue the raw ends under the inner sole mid heel with folded end sticking out 1/2 inch. A bit of whimsy, if you will.
Watching you deconstruct these designer purses and shoes just lets me know that all you’re paying for is a pattern and a name - they’re not any better than Walmart
@karenhorton2345 you compared the quality of his work to Walmart- what question could you possibly expect them to answer after disrespecting their craft?

Do women bring in their shoes and ask you to “rebuild” them, or do you just find used shoes and use your creative skills to recreate something new? Do you sell the reconditioned shoes, or make $$ from TH-cam views?
I know he is in Morocco where people struggle with poverty. Given the tools he has, it would indicate he has a shoe repair Cobbler shop. Who is to say he isn't refurbishing old shoes to give to those who are less fortunate. I think he does a marvelous job with what materials he has on hand regardless. Making an old Gucci bag into a pair of cute shoes may be giving someone a chance at having "designer" shoes to wear they might never have had. I think that's pretty awesome whether he is making big $$$ or not.

They look so uncomfortable and cheap, there's no real construction it's all glue. Bet they don't last long
