HOWTO PROPAGATE CYMBIDIUM BACKBULB & WHAT YOU NEED KNOW

Today, I want to discuss about cymbidium backbulb. Some of you want to know how to propagate cymbidium backbulb. I will also address some of the concerns you might have.
Cymbidium backbulb is possible as long as the bulb is still green and firm. It can takes more than 4 weeks to see new growth. It will takes 2-3 years before you will ever see bloom. Backbulb propagation is easy, just pot the bulb into your prefer mix and water it when it dries. you can spray it daily if you leave it out in a rack/bench.

I will try this method- I lost mini cymbidiums bought online and I want to keep what I have left of it. For mini cymbidiums, do you have experience doing this with what the little bulb it has? I am hopeful.

You can check eBay, but most of the time, cymbidium backbulb obtain when dividing the plant.
