What he was trying to say was, every developed country had PMs graduated from the reputed universities of their own country. That would mean, when are we Nepalese getting PMs that have graduated from KU or TU ? That's the point he wanted to make.

There’s no denying that he have technical skills, but leadership skills is a different ball game. We first need a leader that can shred, break, and tear the top-to-bottom corruption in the country without fearing for his/her life. Only then such skills and plans that Sagar Dhakal brings will be fully utilized.

In my opinion, Ravi Lamicchane could be the good first candidate to break this curse in our country. He might not create the best policies but at least I am hopeful that he can reduce corruption to some level. Once the strict rules and policies are implemented, Sagar Dhakal could be the next candidate for PM.
