    I love this approach, its a mindset - approaching each call like this and when you do, it doesn't matter when someone blows you off :) - I have been doing this for last 9 months or so and it works. Key is consistency.

    Ricky, you have helped me tremendously build my business.. back at cold calling and I honestly take this approach even though I have been told otherwise.

    I love your videos RIcky!!! You are the best!! Have you tried asking if they know someone in their neighborhood that is planning to move instead of asking directly about helping them? I've heard it is less intrusive.

    • @karencolli7511
      @karencolli7511 ปีที่แล้ว

      why? it isn't intrusive if I am asking them if there is anything I can do for them? Listen to Ricky circle prospect. It is genuine and simply seeing if there is anything at all you can do for them.

    I was making calls last year and got super busy. Now it’s quiet and tried making calls last week only to be back at square one with being super uncomfortable on the phone. Any tips or tricks…?

      Yea, don't quit this time. Get an assistant and keep making calls until you hit your goals. Momentum is everything.

      Na, my agents use it in LA, NY, ATL, Miami...everywhere. increase your communication skills by making thousands of calls. It will start clicking.

    My supervising Managing Broker put the fear of the no call list possibility. You think if I only call once with that introduction and it was on a (no call list), I won't get in any trouble?

    • @yanetgrw
      @yanetgrw ปีที่แล้ว

      That is the same thing my broker said, be careful with the DNC list. It’s a 10k fine here in Fl.

      @@yanetgrw I'm in Washington. Do you know where to find the list?

    • @yanetgrw
      @yanetgrw ปีที่แล้ว +1

      If you use Remine there it says if the homeowners are in the DNC. I was making a list of off market properties to call and when I checked most of the were in the DNC list.

      @@yanetgrw is Remine a website?

    • @yanetgrw
      @yanetgrw ปีที่แล้ว

      @@wolvertonlecensura9541 Yes, it’s a website that search for all kind of properties, on the market, off the market, it give you all the information, time of ownership, how much equity they have and how likely they will be selling, sometimes gives the owners phone number and it tells you they are in the DNC list, but checking one at a time is very time consuming, so there should be a better way to do it, but I am just learning how to use it. Remine is on my MLS services but your MLS doesn’t offer it maybe you can check how much they charge for individual agents.
