The first 28mins was so under unoptimized by Ricky. Geez, even Jeremy was like “dude stop talking to me about marketing and ask me about how I can help Real Estate Agents Sale! Thanks for the interview because Jeremy did drop some gems.

The things Jermey teaches comes from his mentor Michael Oliver. You can literally learn everything he teaches from the book itself called, "How to sell network marketing without fear, anxiety or losing your friends!" You can save yourself the money!
Highly recommend, it's a great read and it teaches you how to make a dialogue the way Jeremey does, or I should say Michael Oliver LOL!

Yeah, nothing new in what he teaches. The negative phrasing is also from "Never Split the Difference"

True and Michael was Jeremy's coach and he was asked if he was okay with Jeremy building this huge business out of it. Michael answered that he did coaching but never wanted to turn it into a huge business because he wanted life/work balance.

There were a few points where Jeremy says "you wouldn't know that unless you have a background in neuroscience"..........I'm pretty were already shared by Ricky a long time ago, such as "people want to say no." I think that was shared by the former NFL player that got into real estate when Ricky interviewed him. I believe the line he used was "would it be crazy if I kept in touch with you?" because people want to say 'no.' Anyway, I thought that was kind of funny. A testament to what kind of content you have been putting together for years, Ricky! This was a great one as well.

I listen to a lot of Jeremy Miner, and his stuff is extremely good. Those that say its garbage don't really interact with people much. This stuff can be used in regular everyday convos yet people are denying it lol.
Everyone knows its not what you say, but how you say it.
The only thing about this interview is, he's said it all pretty much verbatim on plenty of his other videos.
I was hoping that it would be some roleplay of a cold call to a fsbo or expired. But either way it's always going to be a "Chew the Meat and Spit out the Bone" situation with use Agents when learning different techniques.
Find what works and trash the rest. And ignore the negative commenters, like whats the point of hating on a video like this, if you dont believe it works then why are you watching it

So I know he gave us a great outline of the script, and how to start. Anybody have an idea of how they’re going to use this in an expired setting? Curious to see what people are writing down as their scripts to use with this new knowledge.

Don’t mean to be mean lol but I literally have heard the EXACT SAME interview of him somewhere else .. word by word! No joke. I watched this video hoping that this time, he won’t use the SAME investor example which he always uses; & was hoping to hear the scripts for cold calling an expired but I know NOW that it is intentional 😉
Appreciate the effort for brining him on Ricky.

The confused script sounds just as cringy as the old slimy sales script. It pisses me off when people call me unprepared as equal as someone that forces their pitch down my throat. Better questions are obvious. I call BS on the "behavior" background edge being the magic ingredient. This stuff might work when you're selling a product. But I would like to see a proven script/approach for agents.
