That was the sweetest moment when they told you they were naming her Bailey! I’m bawling cuz, well, I’m a highly emotional person, but also because I love to see people who NEED a puppy get theirs! It’s gotta be life changing. I desperately want to know what that feels like! I’ve needed a puppy to be my ESA/service dog for 5 years & I just haven’t had good luck. 😔 It doesn’t help that I have no support system to help me cuz I know how much the puppies cost & being on disability makes it even harder. You’d think that with 3 doctors recommending I get one & my psychiatrist actually writing a prescription for one, insurance would at least help cover some of the cost, but it doesn’t. So every time I see Go Home Day videos or pictures & how happy the families are my heart hurts a little more. While I’m happy for the families, I can’t help but get a little jealous. I just wonder, when will it be my turn to feel that happiness? Then I feel like a horrible person for not just being happy for everyone.

You should definitely go out for the weekend and just chill taking care of so many dogs AND a litter of puppies. Now that’s hard work! Bailey your the best!

I came across your page the other day we recently just got a puppy for my daughter whose 4 yrs old and also nonverbal(autistic) she loves dogs so much so we knew this would be the perfect gift we have a Golden-doodle she is 13 weeks now and she is a perfect fit so calm and follows our daughter around like she knows her role already they are best friends can’t wait to watch them grow together ❤️ her name is Skylor she’s going to be the perfect service dog for her as well🐩

Hi! Do you have a video on how you determine the appointment times for the families? Like how do you get to be the first family to choose? Also, how hard is it to rename a dog? So the puppies not know their names or do they just catch on to the new name rather quickly?
They are all so precious! I love these puppies so much! I do have one question though. What if you have your heart set on one puppy, but you have a later visit. What if someone else gets the one you were hoping for before you?
