I am H2+ as well. My tumor is about 5 inches long . The cancer has spread to lymph nodes. I am scheduled for chemo for five months and H2+ infusion for the a year, then surgery, then radiation, then the pill for five years ! I'm 33😟
There is a new antibody drug that has come out that is working for dealing with HER2 tumors. My wife is currently on it for HER2 positive colon cancer at 27. Look up the Mountaineer cancer trails. The drug is called Herceptin. It won't cure you for life but it'll help with the fight
People who are terrified on here please turn to your Doctor for advice and write down the questions that you want to know and what your concerns are beforehand. Please don't be afraid. Every treatment is slightly different but your Oncologist will take you through the treatment. Please don't worry breast cancer treatment is greatly improved. It is much better to catch it earlier of course and attend any routine mammograms or wellbeing clinics and go to your Doctor if you notice anything different on your breast immediately. Some people fully recover or go on to live for many years. Good luck 👍
Hi....came across this post and saw your reply. If you were unable to reach her...feel free to inbox me. I too was HER2++ and ER/PR negative. I can share my whole treatment. Rest assured...there is a BRIGHT light at the end of the tunnel! The treatment may be tough at times but you WILL get through it :-)
She was taking Herceptin which was one of the drugs. However, Herceptin is a blocker. I'm taking Herceptin, Projettor and taxotare. Taxotare is the chemo drug and the other 2 drugs are blockers. I want to know if she's still living. I hear so much about stem cells being affected and cancer returning.
I’m
HER-2 + as well
Just had my first chemo 2 days ago
Same as hers
I trust God with all my heart
Everything is going to be fine
God bless everyone 🙏🏻
Dang Sison hey speak healing over your body everyday
