The only time it should be possible is in a very specific circumstance, they have no bush ward, they are pushing and don't have vision on the lane but the bush ward doesn't fucking work and vision doesn't matter with Evelynn
She's not even broken, her dmg is nuts yes. However, there's tons of otps in diamond the true good players are the only ones that get past that. There's plenty of other champs that are leagues ahead of her. I haven't complained about an eve once, you just need to land a little bit of cc and it's done.
Some champions are broken because of their numbers, Eve is just broken because she counters player's map awareness. There is no counter play to being perma invis.
Its her stealth and her damage. Her ult is the most cancerous ability in the game. Giant cone aoe nuke that does execute damage, makes her immune to all damage and sends her backwards out of danger

Fun tip for Evelynn, you don't even need to proc the charm on people. You get the MR shred regardless of whether its fully charge. You can put W on someone, tap them and that's 30% of their MR gone. Half the time I don't even go after the person I charm because her damage is that high. Throw W on someone, they panic and start running then just kill the person next to them. Cringe coomer champ.
If you are 18/0 and are playing against humans, best you can do is trade 2 for 1. Have you seen what happens with other fed champions? I tell you from experience that she is one of the only champs that can lose while being 4 levels ahead on the enemy jungler.
