I bought the 8-channel after watching your video. Finally got it. Tried it on Uncrashed FPV simulator. Pot was detected but not the other 3 switches. Trim adjustment does work though. :(
I can tell you on my Windows 11 install, it is recognized instantly, and when I bring up the Joystick properties box, I can see movement from the device. How it maps into a sim/application, I'm not sure, but the joystick properties box does see it correctly.
It's a bad remote. Or I got a broken one. 90 hours of flying in simulators and it broke: YAW started pulling to the left, setting dead zones didn't help, calibration didn't save it. I even took it apart - to no avail. The deviation from the zero point is 32%! That's terrible. Good thing the store agreed to accept the remote control and refund the money - I ordered Radiomaster Pocket.
Bought this controller as well… its perfect guys!! Cheap and works fine!!
how to switch on phoenix rc mode software? i cant understand how to change :"C
Pretty cool for casual sim flying. It would be cool if they made a Bluetooth version.
I know FlySky watches these comments--so your feedback has probably been seen by them.

Weird. I wonder if the windows joystick tool will let you verify the controls show up for windows.
@@RCVideoReviews Works fine in windows game controller setup. Switches and pot all working.
Can confirm that this work with Microsoft Flight Simulator 2020, just that the 3pot switch have only 2pot. Trimmer works.

Any chance of getting this to work for PS4?
I have no idea. If PS4 recognizes windows joysticks it might work.
