Thank you for this talk. I do an hour long walking meditation around the lake in our neighborhood. As I walked and listened to your teaching and looked at the water, I felt transported to another time and universe. All became very peaceful and there was a letting go.
That was just what my heart and soul needed this morning thankyou so much.My beautiful compassionate friend Niki noo passed away yesterday and this was for her aswell as myself. She will know I understand that she always will be in my heart body and soul. She absolutely loved water at the beaches ❤
So refreshing to hear from a younger version of yourself , Jack. I had heard that Hawaii story from Sharon Salzberg who was there. Her version said that they had no time to get to higher ground so they sat and practiced and remained in the moment as if it were possibly their last moments. The water metaphor resonates with me as well. I used to scuba dive and one of my practicum talks for MMTCP I used neutral buoyancy as a metaphor for reaching equanimity. Water is life and in scuba it can be death as well if you are not paying attention. That balance between defines everything.
Thank you Jack. The synth music is really off putting. Your voice is all that’s needed.
Yes, the talk is wonderful as always. I found the synth distracting. ❤
@@TascountrygirlYes, It is hard to concentrate on what Jack was saying. The music needs to be more in the background.
I really enjoyed the music background and, of course, Jack's guided meditation. Thank you!
I like the music
I love the music too!!!
What a wonderful talk. I ❤ the combination with the water and the music. It goes right to the heart ❤

❤️👌🏾Love the ambient backround ❤
I loved the background as well. Very calming along with Jacks calming voice. Exactly what I needed this morning.
Wonderful thank you
Absolutely beautiful! I hate to say, but the background music, though lovely, is too loud and a bit stressful while listening...
Thank you 🙏
Transfirmative. Thsnk you🧚♀️
Thank 🙏🏼 You
❤❤❤
I was unable to finish this one due to the background noise. Perhaps unable is the wrong word. I could have but I chose not to.
❤
Thank you Jack. I always listen to you, but I really dont like the 'ambient' music. Its just too distracting - thanks.
