Why not get a saw with bevel capability.

Hello and thank you for your comment. That is a good question. While a track saw for wood cutting performs very well with bevel capability; in Quartz and Granite cutting there is excessive deflection and chipping that occurs. We tested multiple saw prototypes with bevel capabilities before going to market and ultimately decided on this AccuGlide design because it creates a "feather miter" cut that allows for a super clean edge that are far superior to a saw with a bevel setting alone.
