Angles of Inclined Planes

There is actually a quicker way to figure out that these two angles are equal! Can anyone figure it out?

Going from the original diagram, if we extend the orange line to touch the bottom black line we can see a right angle triangle. The angle at the top is simply 90 - θ, and we use the complementary rule because the angle from the top black line to the blue line (going anticlockwise) is 90 degrees. Therefore, If we let the angle we want to prove be alpha, then α = 90 - (90 - θ) = 90 - 90 + θ = θ.

thanks for your effort and time but it can be gotten in a simple way in less than 30 seconds. teta plus the third angle in the triangle is equal to 90 and the third angle plus the angle we are looking for is 90 degree so teta and angle we are looking for is the same
