Use isopropyl alcohol to softhen the adhesive if heat is not enough. Instead of heat gun you can use a hair dryer or just put a plastig bag filled with hot water over the screen, make sure it doesn't leak.

No . It’s okay some time the battery bend but that don’t effect the battery life or health
Where do I get the kit screw drivers and clamps, etc. I got a heat gun at least.
You can Oder screen with kit from Amazon. And u can use any kind of glue that good u already have heat gun.
