Who knows. Maybe, maybe not. On a lot of panel shows comedians say things that seem rehearsed because they are falling back on a bit they have prepared for stand up or something. Doesn't mean the whole thing is rehearsed, perhaps just some jokes are devised in advance.

I'm pretty sure they aren't rehearsed. My friend was in the studio audience once, but because it's tv i'm not gunna say 100% it's not rehearsed.
