I live in a foreign country and today early morning saw a Telugu guy talking to his mom on speaker phone in full blast. He was standing outside his apartment in the common area by the elevators and he had his phone speaker turned all the way up while his mom was shouting in a screeching voice. No sense of decency or respect for other people’s peace of mind. Here they take such things seriously and I have seen people call the cops on unruly neighbors. People like him with no civic sense give all of us a bad name.
😂 seriously man you have problem with this, I live in India in a small town in Rajasthan, yesterday all the Business class community people booked a whole school for some night music program and played their songs in a high sound in loud speakers up to 1AM of Night. Bhai I also live in a foreign country. Just few days ago an Indian got arrested because he was talking absurdly loudly in metro train. Here its not allowed to talk in metro until its really important. But this is not true only with Indians. I was living in a service apartment. In my left room there was an Egyption guy and right side an UK/Nigerian girl. The Egyption guy talk to his mum so loudly like they were fighting but they were literally talking to each other. And the UK girl, she used to have sex early morning like 4 5 o'clock and with loudly moaning. Those almost one and half year was kind of torture for me.

I live in delhi , India in a 3 story building, our neighbour from 1st story feeds and provides shelter to stray dogs and the neighbour from the second floor pet a cat.
But they both failed to provide the litter box to their animals. The dog and cats climb up to the third floor where we live and in front of our gate or in stairs they poop and pee.
We are tired of telling them to keep their animal inside the home or feed them outside but they start fighting.
In India, there is no civic sense at all, they let their animal poop outside.
You can complain against them. Ideally they need to have a municipal license for keeping pets. 😊

I live in Germany and once I saw an Indian guy who was at a supermarket and when he was at the billing counter he started video calling his mom on speaker and asking each and every product and the. He randomly decides he wants some other things and then he did it again. It was a long queue and others were bothered but didn't say stuff .he was from Tamil Nadu and kept shouting loudly on call . He kind of highjacked the billing counter and it took him more than 6 7 minutes to decide each and every product he picked up.
People also started staring me cuz I was also Indian and it was awkward. I feel civil sense should be taught to Indians. Many of us know how to behave but few of us just don't
They lack basic hygiene and civil sense.
The same is true of any ethnicity. Many white people do the same in queues. Also, more than 6-7 minutes for each product, so even if there were 5 products, people waited in line for 35 minutes and all they could do was offer passive aggressive stares at YOU instead of talking to him? I think the problem lies elsewhere. There is no generalizable pattern here, definitely not for Indians.

honestly, there are some guys who does not have civic sense, talking loudly in public areas, watching reels at max volume, sabotaging devices from random stores and more, which really make me hate our own community.

How quickly our populations gets radicalized is beyond me. Ethics are being tossed out the window from the get go, media loves to portray people not following rules as masculine. Also this 'India is not for beginners' trend on social media is telling of how our current generation do not care about the flaws and even embrace it thinking it as 'cool'. We also have an inherit bias for 'foreigners' or majorly Caucasian people and we always think of them as above us. On one hand, people throw a tantrum even when someone gives a constructive criticism about India but on the other hand they love watching 'White skinned' people react to basically anything. Almost every country has better roads than India. I've travelled across Europe, multiple south east asian countries, middle eastern countries, US. Never seen roads as bad as India. Never been to Africa, maybe they will have roads as bad as India.
