    Rob McElhenney is NEVER leaving. This has become his Philidelphia story. Ryan, why leave? The monetary cost is minimal, the upside is the Premier League, which is absolutely Legendary, with a side benefit of billions. Ryan is 47, not 77. Long way to go, and the ride is unquestionable. Hope I can visit Wrexham soon, if not, mabe go to a game when the come back to America.

      Lots of people making the trip and enjoying themselves here. They are also doing a US tour so that is an option too. I do think at some point, hopefully far into the future they will hand over the reigns. If they don't as long as they can financially support the club then great, win win!

    Wrexham's bubble will not burst. The town and team has sunk to a low over the past 10 years so the only way is up and up. Watch this town climb along with it's strong community and people. They deserve this success.

    Ya'll are SO Lucky! Not only Ryan & Rob, but their wives, their friends...the real folks of Hollywood, not the fake posers and narcissistic spoiled brats who get too much camera time and more respect than they could ever earn. They wouldn't be friends with folks like that, I'm sure. These guys need real down to earth, kind folks as true friends. Will, Blake, Paul...all real folks who happen to do a job with a lot of recognition.

      We've become a tiny Welsh Hollywood! I think most of the people visiting have been down to earth and you only have to see Rob and Ryan to know they are no up themselves like some celebs are.

      I totally agree with you all these fake wives who have to have the latest of everything.
      They think money grows on tree's and they have all the pampering make up hair and god knows what. If they stood in the sun 🌞 long enough they would end up like something from the hammer house of horror's. They have probably not done a day's work in their lives. For me it's not the look's but the Personality that counts and a sense of humour.👏👏👍

    If they do what they say and build the team to be self sustaining then it will not matter if they leave. cross your fingers that they can do that.

      Exactly that. I am pretty sure they wouldn't leave us in worse place. We are already better of now anyway.

    Ride the wave...develope things outside the bubble, like Ryan and Rob is trying to do...ride the wave as long as the wind is there

    Nice that it is going so well, and the filming and stars showing up is hopefully good for local business. On the downside Wrexham had to put up with Will Ferrell and Kevin Feige so yeah sorry about that. 😂Not a fan of either of them, but for those who are, glad they came to Wrexham and visited. I seem to remember you mentioning a minor issue with housing availability and housing costs rising in an earlier video, is that under control?

    • @WrexhamAFCfanzone
      @WrexhamAFCfanzone  9 หลายเดือนก่อน +2

      Housing costs still rising and not much social housing available for people. I know Americans have purchased houses close to the ground to rent out as Airbnb.

      Why don't you like Will Ferrel and Kevin Feige btw?

      @doberski6855 9 หลายเดือนก่อน +2

      @@WrexhamAFCfanzone Yeah but I imagine that would be an issue in any town where a local sports team experiences new found success, star power or not.

      @@WrexhamAFCfanzone Just never found Mr. Ferrell that funny even in his Saturday Night Live days. As for Feige, I partially blame him for the poor quality of recent Marvel films. He should be doing a better job, and I hope he had minimal involvement with DeadPool 3.

    • @WrexhamAFCfanzone
      @WrexhamAFCfanzone  9 หลายเดือนก่อน +2

      Yeah sure. We can't just blame it on the club and the documentary anyway because we have been paying more for everything since covid and ukraine.

    Let's hope the boys get promoted again this year if not next year.
    So Rob and Ryan can leave with people like them selves too take over and keep it going to the Championship.

    • @WrexhamAFCfanzone
      @WrexhamAFCfanzone  9 หลายเดือนก่อน

      I'd like to see them stay as long as possible and get us at least to the championship. They would have to get some investors in though if we do get to league one this year.

    McElhenney is a TV actor.

    This is good in one way but the other side is Wrexham is also a struggling town like so many with living crisis, housing crisis shops closing or moving to retail parks, etc, food banks struggling, tourists come & go they don't live here, as far as celebrities are concerned some who have never visited Wrexham before or thought about us, it seems jumping on the bandwagon a bit, even Royals who couldn't careless about Wales that much that much have visited a few times since Ryan & Rob took over, trying to cash in on the celeb thing, Wrexham is a hard working class town with down to earth friendly people, where communities come together to build & support one another up, underneath the glamour there is poverty & struggles, the Council wasting money while also trying to cash in on the new gound fame, this is not Hollywood this is Wrexham

    • @WrexhamAFCfanzone
      @WrexhamAFCfanzone  9 หลายเดือนก่อน +1

      You're dead right about the Royals and the council. Both never really put any effort in prior to the Ryan and Rob takeover. I doubt Prince William would have been pulling a pint in the Turf pub if Ryan and Rob had not been out chairman and Luke Evans and his advert would not have been filmed here either. Don't get me wrong, I think tourism and exposure is good for the town. It brings money in, but we still need to build something that is sustainable once the fame and exposure has gone. Welcome to Wrexham won't run forever, Rob and Ryan might at some point leave.

      @@WrexhamAFCfanzone Well said, 100%, exactly we do need to build something that is sustainable, bringing in more tourism that's for everyone & not just football, we have amazing creative people around, farmers & history we could all work together, we also have beautiful country parks, a lot to offer

    • @WrexhamAFCfanzone
      @WrexhamAFCfanzone  9 หลายเดือนก่อน +1

      Wrexham does have lots of talented creative people. It's going to be interesting to the see Ryan Reynolds park when it is finished. We also have big parks to utilise like Acton, Erddig and Belle vue.
