For anyone having similar problems I found it helps to remove the external battery pack, charge the camera fully, then add the pack back and charge. I think sometimes the gauge registers wrong. FWIW, my camera seems to go for many hours despite sometimes not registering full charge.
1. Remove memory card / Disconnect from any external power source, 2. Locate small button marked with an 'R' - just beside the MicroSD card slot on the underside of your device, 3. Click this button gently with a sim card tool / paperclip until you hear a small click, 4. Re-insert memory card / reconnect to 2Amperes external power, 5. Leave to charge for 3 hours and check camera performance.
Remove the micro sd card and connect the camera will come on a Yourll see charge lead icon bottom left .. setting up so is comes on with one push and off one push . Stop the wifi coming on… car mode ..

If it’s flashing does that mean it’s a gonner? I just bought one second hand it’s doing that
