It takes time. Pochettino like's his players to be sharp and have immense fitness levels. Don't expect too much action for the rest of the season, once he get's a proper pre-season under his belt Poch will develop him into a monster.
I'm not saying he should start but 10-15 mins every game at least. Harry Kane came back from an injury and got a game. Lamela came back from like a year injury not long ago and he's having a lot of mins
Yeah but you have too take into account that Lucas has rarely played this season for PSG, therefore he's lacking match sharpness. It would be too risky to throw him into a league game such as Chelsea where the levels are immense. Pochettino is also known to integrating new players at a steady pace, he needs to adapt the philosophy; hence why Pochettino has let him bide his time and get a real understanding of the English game.
