Typical modern day builds. From houses that have snagging issues, high rises that get demolished after a generation. We have pre Victorian buildings that will out last the next Nuclear holocaust but modern technology is cheap, quick to 'throw up' & badly built. The developer gets rich quick.
We need to expand the ground to 70000-75000 so the real fans can start getting tickets again and not sitting on the crap ballot system and not getting any games 🤷♂️
Islington won't allow an expansion unless we can get the residents on board and pay for the renovation of Holloway Road Station and fund additional match day buses from TFL. Even if it happened the ballot scheme isn't going anywhere as there are more people with membership than the stadium could ever accommodate.
That would be nice, but the transport infrastructure isn't anywhere near good enough to support that. The capacity just isn't there. The Piccadilly line puts on extra trains, but it only just copes. If there was an extra 20k people, it would be a total mess. Traffic also get's blocked up after games, so buses don't really work.
When you consider the vast waiting list when we were at Highbury, it’s baffling why they didn’t make the stadium much bigger than 60,000 in the first place
Yes, there are infrastructure challenges, particularly around transport, which limit the amount of seats the stadium can safely be expanded by. Outside of heavy investment into the surrounding tube services & road infrastructure, in addition to having to buy out neighbouring residential properties, the Emirates won’t be getting any larger for the foreseeable future.

I think they should be showing more replays on screens the way they show them on TV, e.g. foul calls, clear chances, etc, I don't know if there's something against this in professional football in general, but at least this is one thing that'd make it better than watching it on TV.

IMO the management needs to not just make everything “bigger”, “better” like the typical American style. In the end, that’s what every stadium devolves to. Just bigger and more things. More screens, more plush, more this that and the other. They all just look the same. IMO they should infuse what Highbury had with its Art Deco stylings, bring Wenger back in even if it’s just as a consultant to the project, and really develop the stadium as a real project in situ and not just more glass, revenue churning mechanism
