Is lines ka matlab ye hay k Prophet Noah ki kashti sinners k bech me se forgiven logo ko bacha k le gai, so poet is looking at the ship with hope. Us kashti se usay umeed ho rahi hay k shaid usay bhi maafi mil jaey aur bakhshish (forgiveness from hell) ho jaey. Aur hoz e nadamat matlab 'pond of guilty' matlab poet is embarresed, immersed in pond of guilty and looking at Noah's boat with hope that he might be forgiven.

Its not Naat. Naat is a poem which is about Prophet (PBUH). This is "Hamd" and Hamd mean a poem about admiration of Allah. Its lyrics are all about "Getting forgiveness from Allah for our sins".
